Bu araştırmanın amacı, birinci sınıf öğretmenlerinin ve öğrenci velilerinin hibrit eğitim uygulamasıyla ilgili görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgubilim (fenomenoloji) kullanılarak yapılan araştırmada, birinci sınıf öğretmenlerinden toplanan veriler görüşme tekniğiyle, velilerden toplanan veriler ise anket ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde içerik analizi ve betimsel analiz yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcıları, 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında aktif görev yapan 23 birinci sınıf öğretmeni ve 156 birinci sınıf öğrenci velisinden oluşmaktadır. Çalışma grubunun seçiminde amaçlı örneklem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları, öğretmenlerin teknolojiye hakim olma durumlarının, sürecin kolay veya zor geçmesi bakımından belirleyici etken olduğunu göstermektedir. Öğretmenler seslerin verilmesi aşamasında videolardan, eğitim sitelerinden faydalanmışlardır. Web 2.0 araçlarını kullanma konusunda kendini yetiştiren öğretmenlerin dersleri eğlenceli hale getirmeleri daha kolay olmuştur. Süreçte oyunla öğretim yapmak da öğrencilerin dikkatini derse toplanmak anlamında olumlu sonuç vermiştir. Velilerin maddi durumları ve eğitim düzeyleri öğrenciye verdikleri desteği etkilemiştir. Velinin süreçle ilgili daha fazla bilgi sahibi olmasının sağlanması, öğretmenlerin teknolojik anlamda kendilerini yetiştirmeleri hibrit eğitimin kalitesinin artması bakımından önem arz etmektedir.
