This study aims to determine the implementation of credit granting procedures in the Village Unit Cooperatives Tunas Sari, Bonea village, Lasalepa District, Muna Regency. With data collection techniques through interviuw observation and documentation. Data obtained at the Village Unit Cooperatives Tunas Sari. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The results show that the procedure for granting credit in the Village Unit Cooperative Tunas Sari has fulfilled several procedures that include credit application procedures, credit analysis, credit decisions and credit disbursement. At the credit analysis stage using the 5C approach (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral dan Condition) those who did not meet the criteria averaged 0,74% peryear during 2013-2015.
This study aims to determine public' perceptions of their children's education in Bajo Indah Village, Soropia District, Konawe Regency. The instruments used in this research for collecting data are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study used qualitative approaches. The percentage of Bajo people's perceptions of their children having to take the education path shows 90% stating positively that their children are to take the education path and 10% of subjects showing no response to the statement that children must take education. The percentage of subjects believing that their children have the motivation and responsible attitude created by the educational process is 71.4%. Their perception of school facilities and infrastructure in the Bajo Indah village area showed that 62% of the sample responded positively and considered the facilities and infrastructure sufficient, while the other 38% thought they were inadequate. Percentage results for the Bajo community's perceptions of the Bajo Indah Village Environment having a positive effect on children's education showed that 57% of the sample stated positively. In comparison, 43% thought the Bajo Indah Village Environment had an unfavorable effect on children's education. From all the percentage analyses above, the researcher took the research results on the importance of children's education in the Bajo Indah village, resulting in 86% positive and 14% negative perceptions that developed in the perceptions and mindset of the Bajo people. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan (1) Faktor yang menyebabkan sehingga petani melakukan tindakan konversi lahan persawahan di Desa Lantowonua. (2) Dampak yang ditimbulkan pasca konversi lahan persawahan di Desa Lantowonua terhadap tingkat pendapatan masyarakat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dimana dalam penentuan informan penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis interpretatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa faktor penyebab terjadinya konversi lahan persawahan menjadi lahan permukiman, disebabkan oleh 1) faktor alam meliputi berkurangnya sumber air bagi lahan persawahan serta menurunnya kualitas tanah, sehingga terjadi penurunan produktifitas lahan persawahan. Adapun faktor sosial budaya merupakan bentuk adaptasi masyarakat terhadap perubahan kondisi sosial yang terjadi di Desa Lantowonua, karena kebutuhan ekonomi dan harapan akan pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi secara cepat, sehingga dikonversi atau dialihfungsikan menjadi lahan untuk kawasan permukiman baru. Dampak positifnya berupa adanya pendapatan atau penghasilan yang lebih besar pada masa tertentu yang dapat digunakan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pendidikan anak, perbaikan rumah tempat tinggal dan pengadaan barang berharga yang dapat dijadikan tabungan seperti emas serta tabungan untuk kebutuhan mendesak. Dampak negatifnya adalah menurunnya bahkan tidak menentunya pendapatan selanjutnya, karena berkurangnya sumber mata pencaharian akibat terjualnya lahan persawahan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa SMP Negeri di Tomia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri di Tomia yang berjumlah 317 siswa dengan jumlah sampel adalah 76 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket dan tes serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan positif kecerdasan emosional dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa SMP Negeri di Tomia yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,593 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05); (2) terdapat hubungan positif minat belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa SMP Negeri di Tomia yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,657 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05); (3) terdapat hubungan positif kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa SMP Negeri di Tomia yang ditunujukkan oleh koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,734 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05) dan nilai kontribusi sebesar 53,8%. Artinya bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar maka akan semakin baik hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa.Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional; Minat Belajar; Hasil Belajar IPS.
This study proposes to contribute information in the form of a description of the limitations of economic and transport affect the marginality of primary education. The research is a qualitative descriptive study with the location of the study in Saponda Village Soropia District Konawe Regency. The collection of data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The data used are primary data obtained directly through the interview process, interviews and secondary data obtained through the village profile Saponda. The results of the study found that the form of economic marginalization community is due to the lack of government attention in efforts to improve the welfare of the community, mostly as traditional small fishermen. Moreover, limited transportation has an impact on the mobility of teachers to Saponda also limited. Besides, the public desire to deliver his son to obtain a decent education outside the village Saponda also limited. Therefore, political governments need to pay more attention to the socio-economy and transportation, especially the Bajo tribe community.
