Sosyal medyanın insanların günlük hayatlarında fazlasıyla yer alması firmaların pazarlama stratejilerini sosyal medya aracılığıyla gerçekleştirmelerine sebep olmaktadır. Sosyal medyada tüketicilerin satın alma niyetlerinin analizi hem firmalar hem de pazarlamacılar açısından önem arz etmektedir. Ayrıca tüketicilerin satın alma niyetlerinde demografik özellikleri açısından farklılıkların olup olmadığı ise konuya derinlik katmaktadır. Bu nedenle sosyal medyada tüketicilerin satın alma niyetlerinin demografik özellikler açısından incelenmesi çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the structure and dynamics of scientific publications on the "Internet of things" in terms of marketing. The study aims to reveal contemporary research trends and patterns in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT) so that social scientists new to the discipline can be guided in the right direction while studying this phenomenon. Accordingly, the study analyzes the publications on the relationship between Internet of Things and marketing presented in the highly reliable Web of Science database until 2022. The research object is a pool of scientific publications indexed by the keywords "Internet of Things" and "Marketing" in the Web of Science database. The literature review has been done in article titles, abstracts, and keywords. This study includes data from 2008 to 2022 published in the mentioned subject areas. In the study, it has been tried to show the dynamics of publication efficiency and emphasize effective articles and reliable journals with the bibliometric analysis method. In addition, in the study, keyword associations in the articles, the number of publications of the countries, and the language they use were tried to be visualized. This study, which focuses on addressing the latest situation of IoT in social sciences in its relationship with marketing and systematically synthesizing future research directions, reveals its originality in order to guide and raise awareness for many marketers, considering that the trend in the field of marketing has not yet reached the expected level. In this context, bibliometric analysis was carried out through VOSviewer in order to convey the areas where the Internet of Things and the studies conducted together in the field of marketing are related and the authors-country-institution-journals that contribute the most to this field. The obtained data were interpreted through tables and maps and discussed in the conclusion part.

In today's globalizing world, corporate social responsibility has become a necessity for businesses. The corporate social responsibility approach, which is based on the principles of giving back to the society what it has taken from the society and observing the benefit of the society in the activities of the enterprise, has an important place in terms of promoting the products and services they produce in the market under the best conditions and strengthening the brand image. From this point of view, corporate social responsibility is seen as a valid practice to make a difference. However, businesses mostly carry out social marketing activities for this purpose. Thus, while trying to find solutions to social problems, they can obtain a competitive strategy. In this context, the aim of the study is to show that the energy crisis, which is one of the most serious problems of today, can be solved by raising awareness in consumers with corporate social response activities and social marketing methods.

İnsanlık tarihinin en büyük krizlerinden biri olan; ekonomik, sosyal ve sağlık açılarından insanları etkileyerek küresel krize dönüşen yeni koronavirüs (COVID-19) Aralık 2019'da Çin'in Wuhan kentinde rapor edildi. Aralık 2019 ile Şubat 2020 arasında hızlı bir şekilde diğer ülkelerde görülmeye başlandı. İzolasyon ve karantina uygulamaları, tedarik zincirinde kırılmalar, eğitime ara verilmesi ve online eğitime geçiş süreci, ulaşım, gıda ve sağlık alanlarında yaşanan sıkıntılar gibi birçok olumsuz durum gözlendi. Krizin yoğun hissedildiği süreçten itibaren ülkeler gerek ulusal gerekse uluslararası boyutta iş birlikleri ve krizi yönetme stratejileri oluşturdu. COVID-19 yayılımını azaltmak ve kriz ortamını yumuşatmak için oluşturulan stratejilerden birinin de sosyal pazarlama uygulamaları olduğu görülmektedir. Sosyal pazarlamanın önemine dikkat çekmek çalışmanın amacını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu doğrultuda sosyal pazarlamanın tanımı, literatür taraması, COVID-19 pandemisi konuları incelemiş, pandemi krizinde sosyal pazarlama çalışmaları karşılaştırılıp, değerlendirilerek yorumlanmıştır. Bu yönüyle çalışma derleme makale şeklinde hazırlanmıştır. Sağlık Bakanlığı'nın sosyal pazarlama uygulamalarıyla pandemi sürecini başarılı şekilde yürüttüğü düşünülmektedir.
