Öz: Türklerin İranlılar ile ilişkileri oldukça eskiye dayanmaktadır. İran kaynaklarında ilk Türk-İran ilişkilerinin İskitler zamanında olduğu belirtilmiştir. Geçmişte Gazneliler, Selçuklular ve Osmanlılar döneminde olduğu gibi günümüz Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde de bu ilişkiler çok çeşitli boyutlarda devam etmektedir. Türk-İran ilişkilerinin iki ülke halklarını siyasi yönden olduğu kadar toplumsal ve kültürel yönden de etkilediği bilinmektedir. Bu etkilerin en önemli yansımalarından biri eğitim alanında yaşanmaktadır. Özellikle geçmişten günümüze yaşanan ilişkilerin ders kitaplarında ele alınış biçimleri iki ülke halklarının birbirlerine karşı bakış açılarını doğrudan etkilemektedir.İran tarih ders kitaplarında Türklere ilişkin söylemlerin nasıl olduğunu belirlemeyi amaçlayan bu araştırmanın kapsamını 1384 hş. (2007) yılında basılan orta 1, orta 2, orta 3. sınıf tarih kitapları oluşturmaktadır. Betimsel modele dayanan araştırmada elde edilen verilerin toplanması, analizi ve yorumlanmasında nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin toplanması amacıyla doküman incelemesi yapılmıştır. Doküman incelemesi sonucunda şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır: İran'ın sınırları dışındaki Türkler özellikle de Osmanlılar Şii inanç çerçevesinde ötekileştirilirken hatta bir tehdit olarak değerlendirilirken, İran'daki yönetici Türk hanedanlardan övgüyle söz edilmiştir. Türklere ilişkin anlatımların bir kısmının tarihi araştırmaların bulgularıyla örtüşmediği de tespit edilmiştir.
Özet: XVI. yüzyılın başından itibaren Türkistan bölgesinde, yöneticileri Cengizli ve Müslüman olan, halkı ise ekseriyeti Türk ve Müslüman olan siyasi yapılar ortaya çıkmıştır. Türkistan Hanlıkları olarak isimlendirilen bu devletlerin han unvanı verilen hükümdarları, kendi meşruiyetlerini temin konusunda bir yandan Cengiz Kağan soyundan olduklarını vurgularlarken, bir yandan da Müslüman halkı kendi yanlarında tutabilmek için İslami söylemlere önem vermişlerdir. XVIII. yüzyılın ikinci çeyreğinden itibaren Rus işgaline uğrayan Batı Türkistan'da kurulan Buhara, Hive, Hokand ve Kazak Hanlıklarının yanı sıra, XVIII. yüzyılın ikinci yarısından itibaren Çin işgaline uğrayan Doğu Türkistan'da varlık göstermiş olan Yarkend Hanlığı ile Hocalar Devleti'nin tarih kayıtları bu tebliğin konusu olacaktır.Çağdaş eserlerin çok büyük bir kısmı çevrilmemiş durumda olup onların yazım dili büyük oranda Farsça, az bir kısmı Türkçedir. Eserlerin büyük bir kısmında siyasi meselelere odaklanılmış, iktisadi ve toplumsal hadiselere daha az yer verilmiştir. İçinde yaşadıkları toplumun değer yargıları eserleri kaleme alanları etkilemiştir. Bu yüzden ifadelerde özellikle İslami söylem dikkat çekicidir. Eserler incelendiğinde kimi zaman muhtemelen siyasi zayıflık nedeniyle tarihî hadiseleri kayda geçirecek kimse olmayınca işi bizzat hükümdarlar üstlenmişlerdir. Eserlere ya dünyanın yaratılışı, ya hüküm süren hanedanla başlanarak olaylar müellifin zamanına kadar getirilmiş, ya da bu eserler ithaf edilen hükümdarın biyografisi şeklinde kaleme alınmıştır. Dolayısıyla İslam tarih yazıcılık geleneğinin yoğun bir etkisinin olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Bu tebliğde Türkistan Hanlıklarında yukarıda bazı temel özellikleri verilen tarih yazıcılığı geleneği üzerinde durulacak, örnekler üzerinden bu kaynakların temel niteliklerine dikkat çekilecektir.Abstract: From the beginning of 16 th century, in Turkestan, political structures whose rulers were the descendants of Chinggis Qaghan and Muslim, and whose population was Turkish and Muslim had emerged.
