This research aimed to reveal (1) Speaking as one of subject skills in which English-major students must pass at. It is presented into three or four semesters; speaking 1 up to speaking 3 or 4 starts from the first semester in some universities. Each level has description -in speaking 1 the students are taught basic speaking skills, starting from greetings, introducing oneself and others, etc., to make them capable of using simple English in daily conversation; speaking 2 various functions/topics are introduced further to students in this subject to allow them speak better English in daily conversation.Based on the description above, it is clear that the ability of students to be able to communicate naturally in English is the long term goals that language lecturer would like to achieve in class (Breen and Little John, 2000); (Harmer, 1998); (Brown, 2007). In this study, the researcher focuses in teaching speaking. In speaking class, the students should be taught how to speak. The components of English speaking skill that should be given and studied in English speaking class are pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, accuracy and comprehension.Speaking is the most important skill, because it is one of abilities to carry out conversation on the language. Speaking is an interactive process of constructing meaning, receiving, and processing information.As we know, there are many Senior High Schools which still use traditional media in learning speaking as an example in the first year electric students' of SMK Negeri 1 Pattallassang Gowa. The teacher only uses a book and white board in teaching. This is not effective in language learning process. It is proved by the data source acquired from the teacher who teaches in the class which the mean score is 5.21. It is still low classification.In the last decade, the use of computers has developed rapidly throughout the world. Perhatian yang sangat besar ini pantas terjadi dikarenakan keamanan merupakan keniscayaan yang diharapkan dapat dirasakan bagi setiap pihak yang terkait dengan teknologi informasi.Perhatian ini dijewantahkan dengan usaha dan investasi yang sangat tinggi. Pada tahun 2016, sekitar 81,6 miliar dollar dihabiskan oleh berbagai pihak hanya untuk memastikan keamanan sistem informasi mereka (Gartner, 2016). Diantara persoalan keamanan yang paling mendapat perhatian adalah masalah celah kelemahan sistem yang menimbulkan kerentanan keamanan. Dasar utama flaw (celah) dapat dikategorikan sebagai rentan (vulnerable) hanya jika berpotensi munculnya penyalahgunaan (Brian Ruder, 1978).Penyalahgunaan ini berawal dari tindakan eksploitasi pada sistem yang didasari pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh si penyerang akan adanya kerentanan (vulnerability) dalam sistem targetnya.Terbukanya akses ke sumber yang menyediakan informasi tentang celah keamanan suatu sistem yang rentan, pada satu sisi akan menjadikan sistem tersebut semakin beresiko dari tindakan eksploitasi bahkan pada tingkat yang sangat masif.Namun pada sisi lain, keterbukaan ini juga dianggap berdampak positif, baik bagi pengguna maupun pengembang sistem jika dikaitkan dengan aspek-aspek tertentu.
<p>The use of Business Intelligence for Small-Mid Enterprise (SME) no longer impeded by the size of the resources required. The study in this paper provides an overview of how the use of proposed software can be used as an effective and efficient alternative solution in building BI Tools combined with table virtualization utilization in SQL. To know the level of usability and suitability of the developed BI Tool, the researcher conducted evaluation and analyzation using 2 (two) tools (Heuristics Evaluation and UMUX-Lite). The result found the comparison between the output (Business Intelligence Tool) produced by PHP Report Maker has a better level of usability and suitability than its competitors. Although both are in a decent median, the output needs preferences and customizations to achieve maximum functionality like well-known other development software. </p>

Asumsi yang sementara diyakini oleh para peneliti adalah bahwa tidak ada satupun best practice yang baku dan dapat digunakan secara absolut sebagai model yang paling cocok dalam Managemen Portofolio TI. Penulis kemudian melakukan kajian perencanaan dan pembuatan IT Portfolio berdasarkan dokumen TI Pelabuhan Indonesia III. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa dokumen TI sebuah perusahaan, sangat menentukan model perencanaan dan pembuatan ITPM.
