Based on the survey that has been conducted to date Rainbow Laundry does not have its own information system and still uses a manual system, this laundry also does not have an accurate database storage system so that all data is still stored in a book. Customers also do not get up-to-date information about the various laundry services offered and there are also customers who feel inconvenience when delivering even taking laundry that has been completed because they do not have much time to go to the laundry for reasons of being busy. To overcome these problems, an application will be designed that can help the Rainbow Laundry business so that this application can provide up-to-date information from Pelangi Laundry about laundry services offered to customers, provide fast and reliable laundry pick-up service to customers, facilitate the process of making income reports quickly, precisely and accurately, provide professional services to customers and minimize errors that may occur.Keywords - Application, Service, Laundry
Data Mining is a process of exploring against large data to find patterns in decision making. One of the techniques in decision-making is classification. Classification is a technique in data mining by applying decision tree method to form data, algorithm C4.5 is algorithm that can be used to classify data in tree form. The system has been built that shows the results of good performance and minimal error in view of the system that is able to distinguish the anomaly traffic with normal traffic. Data mining inventory system applications can facilitate the control of inventory in the company to reduce production costs.
Abstrack - The development of information technology from year to year is increasingly becoming a serious challenge for users of information technology itself and encourages every sector of the organization both formal and informal or other institutions to be able to use it as a support for work activities so that it can produce information that is fast, precise and accurate. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk Bunut as a company in the field of palm oil and rubber processing certainly requires good management in managing employee attendance data which will later have a positive impact on the development of the company itself. So information is needed that is efficient in maintaining its existence in order to exist and be known by the wider community. One effort to support this is a good computer system. To get a good system, research on the existing system is done. The next step is to do an analysis to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the system. Then the system design is done, namely Flowmap, Data Flow Diagrams, and Context Diagrams. And the last stage is the implementation that changes the design into the programming language stage. Maka dibutuhkan informasi yang efisien dalam mempertahankan keberadaannya agar tetap eksis dan dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Salah satu upaya untuk mendukung hal itu adalah sistem komputer yang baik. Untuk mendapat sistem yang baik maka dilakukan penelitian terhadap sistem yang sudah ada. Tahap berikutnya adalah melakukan analisis untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan sistem tersebut. Kemudian dilakukan perancangan sistem yaitu Flowmap, Data Flow Diagram, dan Diagram Konteks. Dan tahap terakhir yaitu Implementasi yang mengubah perancangan kedalam tahap bahasa pemrograman.
