This article aims to identify the impact of creativity on entrepreneurial intention with the mediating role of entrepreneurial passion. This study applied the SEM-structural equation modeling technique to test the hypotheses on a sample of 390 university students from Pakistan. The findings of the study revealed that creativity positively and significantly influenced entrepreneurial intention. The results also indicated that entrepreneurial passion partially mediates in the relationship between creativity and entrepreneurial intention. The results of the study made an innovative contribution to Pakistan’s higher education sector, researchers, and policymakers to unlock the hidden potential of its youth and further contribute to designing the relevant practical implications.
There is an ample body of knowledge showing significant association between five factor model (FFM) of personality traits and workplace bullying, yet exploring cause-and-effect relationship between them is still under addressed. To address this issue, current study has analyzed personality traits of Five-Factor Model as a potential antecedent of workplace bullying and its three sub-facets (verbal bullying, social bullying and physical bullying). Study analyzed responses of 266 respondents to draw inferences. Simple random sampling technique was used to collect data from the respondents. Correlation analysis showed a positive association of extraversion with physical bullying; negative association of agreeableness with workplace bullying, verbal bullying, social bullying and physical bullying; negative association of conscientiousness with workplace bullying, verbal bullying, social bullying and physical bullying; and negative association of emotional stability with physical bullying. Results of regression analysis showed significant effect of agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness to experiences on workplace bullying, verbal bullying, social bullying and physical bullying. Current study has identified personality as an important predictor of workplace bullying through which organizations may control incidence of bullying at their workplace environments. Current study also has highlighted important insights for future research directions. This article describes the conflict that occurred between Regular and Intensive santri at TMI Putra al-Amin Prenduan. The data collection method used is comparing observational data with the results of interviews with triangulation. Humans are born to know each other and socialize. But everyone also has to live in groups. Problems arise when there is a conflict of social relations between groups and a lack of social communication that occurs due to several things. The conflict that occurred among the Regular and Intensive santri at TMI Putra al-Amin Prenduan, which resulted in a lack of social communication and admonished the santri. This is due to provocative words that often arise among santri, causing emotion within themselves to be very high which results in the emergence of hostility among santri. From the data obtained, about the Regular and Intensive santri social groups there are three that cause conflicts to occur between santri, namely: the mischief of the santri, the behavior of the santri and the social interaction of the santri. While the causes of the Regular and Intensive santri conflict in TMI Putra Al-Amien Prenduan are caused by three things, namely: the factor of the older brother's doctrine, fanatics and bullying.
This study aims to explore the meaning of the sign contained in the poem Tukhotibu al-Mar'ah al-Mishriyah by Bahisah al-Badiyah. To explore this meaning, the analysis was carried out using the semiotic theory of Roland Barthes. Roland Barthes's semiotic theory used is the meaning in the first stage or what is referred to as denotation and continued with the meaning in the second stage or connotation which is identical to the ideological operation which is called a myth. The results show that this poem contains many signs that point to feminist thinking. Feminism which is a struggle to demand equality of rights and justice for women, can be realized well if there is a combination of westernization with the teachings of Islam and traditionalism.
This research was conducted to find out how the phenomenon of online propaganda that occurred among pesantren and the Madurese community, welcomed the arrival of Ustadz Abdus Somad, in facing the challenges of social media today. By using a qualitative research approach. The results of this study indicate that the views of the santri community and alumni of AlAmien Prenduan Islamic boarding school on the phenomenon of online propaganda are three, namely: challenge from offline media, challenges from online media, internet as media propaganda. (a) The challenge of Offline Media is the challenge in the form of the order at the venue, such as the sound system, the audience, the presence of the audience, (b) The challenge of online media is that organizers must be able to arrange for online media to be noticed also because this really helps the virtual community to be able to watch when they are unable to attend the place of the event (c) the Internet as a propaganda media, this is one of the advantages of the internet in the realm of da'wah that is able to search for content, videos, and new things.
