Latar Belakang: Serum laktat telah digunakan sebagai parameter diagnostik dan penanda prognostik syok hemoragik. Capillary Refill Time (CRT) juga merupakan salah satu indikator untuk perfusi perifer yang baik dan memiliki beberapa keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas CRT dan kadar laktat sebagai alat monitoring keberhasilan resusitasi pada syok hemoragik. Bahan dan Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Semua pasien yang mengalami syok hemoragik paskaoperasi dan dirawat di Intensive Care Unit (ICU) diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini. CRT dan kadar laktat sebelum resusitasi dicatat (T0). Selama resusitasi, CRT dan kadar laktat dicatat pada interval waktu 2 jam (T1), 4 jam (T2), 6 jam (T3), dan 24 jam (T4) setelah resusitasi. Pasien dibagi menjadi kelompok yang resusitasi berhasil dan resusitasi belum berhasil untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Hasil: Kami menyajikan perubahan CRT dan kadar laktat dari awal hingga 24 jam resusitasi. Penurunan kadar laktat dan CRT yang ditunjukkan melalui grafik terjadi secara konsisten dan tidak berbeda antarkelompok. Ada korelasi positif yang kuat antara CRT dan kadar laktat 6 jam sejak resusitasi dimulai (R = 0,772, p = 0,001). Ditemukan juga korelasi positif yang kuat antara kadar laktat dan CRT pada awal resusitasi (R = 0,777, p = 0,001). Kesimpulan: CRT dan kadar laktat memiliki efektivitas yang sama sebagai alat monitoring keberhasilan resusitasi pada syok hemoragik.
