Abstrak Programmable Logic Controller atau yang biasa disebut PLC merupakan suatu perangkat yang di program sesuai kebutuhan proses industri spesifik yang diinginkan berdasarkan logic (perhitungan aritmatik dalam suatu perintah), yang bertujuan untuk mengontrol dan mengatur proses yang diinginkan sehingga menghasilkan output yang diinginkan pula. Kegiatan ini sebagai implementasi bidang ilmu teknologi rekayasa bandar udara yang diharapkan memberi peningkatan keterampilan yang dapat menjadi bekal dalam dunia kerja bagi para peserta pelatihan. Kegiatan difokuskan dengan melakukan pelatihan Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) pada siswa sekolah menengah atas di kota Palembang. Adapun konsep pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 1 (satu) hari dengan menggunakan pendekatan 30 % teori dan 70 % praktek. meliputi pengenalan sistem dan pemrograman PLC dengan menggunakan ladder diagram yang diharapkan para siswa yang telah mengikuti pelatihan ini memiliki keterampilan di bidang otomasi yang bisa menjadi bekal dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas pada pelaksanaan praktikum adalah 90,5 (Sembilan puluh koma lima). Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi safety management system (sms) di Bandar Udara Internasional Radin Inten II Lampung pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana peneliti melakukan pendalaman implementasi safety management system di Bandar Udara Internasional Radin Inten II Lampung pada masa pandemi Covid- 19, kemudian melihat tanggapan personil terkait efektifitasnya di bandara. Faktor pendukung yaitu: Kebijakan Perusahan yang mendukung perlindungan dan keselamatan karyawannya, Penyediaan sarana dan prasarana dalam penanganan virus corona. Pemanfaatan inovasi melalui penyediaan aplikasi berbasis teknologi, pelaksanaan sosialisasi keselamatan dan kesehatan di dalam dan daerah sekitar bandara. Faktor penghambat yaitu: Struktur organisasi yang masih sederhan ditambah dengan adanya pembatasan jam operasional penerbangan, masyarakat yang belum terbiasa dengan pelaksanaan protocol kesehatan, meningkatnya potensi hazard di saat pandemi terutama musim hujan. Implikasinya adalah perusahaan agar selalu melaksanakan pelatihan tanggap darurat demi mempersiapkan personil yang siap di masa pandemi covid-19.
This study aims to analyze systemm control of wild animals and the process of solving problems of controlling wild animals at Taufik Kiemas Airport, Pesisir Barat, Lampung Province based on public perception.This research was conducted at Taufik Kiemas Pesisir Barat Airport, Lampung Province in August 2022. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. This study uses one data source, namely primary data sources obtained through surveys. The sampling method is purposive sampling. In this study there were 19 people who became the research sample. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis which attempted to describe the nature of the problems studied which were carried out in the field at the time of data collection. The results showed that the presence of wild animals such asbobcats, monkeys, wild boars, monitor lizards, snakes, various birds, monkeys and othersin Banfrom Taufik Kiemas Airport, West Coast of Lampung Province. Therefore it is necessary to create a special unit that handles the presence of wild animals at the airport and regulations are needed that are understood by all employees. In an emergency caused by wild animals, officers must understand how to mitigate the risk, so training and socialization are needed in understanding the presence of wild animals at airports.
The Covid-19 pandemic has forced every resident in Indonesia to have an Electronic Identity Card because it is one of the requirements for disbursing social assistance to residents affected by Covid-19. However, the Identity Card service in Bandar Lampung City is still experiencing several problems, such as long queues and a slow system. The pandemic condition should be used as a positive momentum in improving services that were initially face-to-face and caused long queues and then switched to an online system using Information Technology. This study uses a qualitative approach with data validity techniques using source triangulation. The results showed that the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bandar Lampung City has not fully worked well but has carried out service standards in service management in making Identity Cards by reducing face-to-face service hours and limiting 60 people per day, diverting consulting services and complete files. Through the Whatsapp service, the public is also free of charge as well as providing service facilities and infrastructure according to health protocol standards and placing officers at the service counter in accordance with their competencies as well as periodic training for service counter officers. The results of this study also revealed that there was a very rapid policy change that caused a lack of socialization to the community in Bandar Lampung City, as well as a lack of awareness of the public who needed services on the importance of obeying health protocols.
