Purpose: The increase in issues among high school students tends to form their character (unproductively) negatively, and a lack of understanding of religion and leadership is suspected to be contributing. In response to this phenomenon, this program aimed to deliver a leadership development program based on Islamic values to the management of LPP UMI Makassar’s OSIS board. Research Methodology: This internal community service method combines lecture, discussion, and evaluation approaches to achieve the best results. The evaluation technique is collected through questionnaires covering elements pertaining to Islamic leadership based on Nabi Muhammad SAW. This questionnaire was then issued to ascertain their level of comprehension of the material presented. This program attracted 27 students, representing 81.8 percent of the total student council board of SMA LPP UMI, Makassar. Results: The program’s findings indicated that participants better understood the concepts and attributes of leadership in the Islamic paradigm. In addition, the results also showed that the dimension of Sidiq’s character (honesty) has the highest average score (4.48), meaning that the students of LPP UMI Makassar consider honesty as the most important thing that leaders must have in the concept of Islam. Conclusion: This outcome is designed to instill an Islamic leadership attitude in SMA UMI’s student council students, enabling them to contribute positively to Indonesia in the future.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis secara simultan pengaruh budaya, kemampuan dan komitmen terhadap kinerja dosen di universitas di Maros. Kami juga mengukur prediktor mana yang memiliki dampak terbesar pada kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui total populasi 191 orang dengan metode sampel yaitu sampel yang mewakili jumlah total dosen di perguruan tinggi di Maros adalah 129 orang, sedangkan periode penelitian yang dilakukan mulai September, Oktober dan November 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan data deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Hasil uji-F berdasarkan regresi berganda untuk membenarkan dan memverifikasi hipotesis. Ini ditunjukkan oleh F-rasio dan probabilitas 74,409 dengan kurang dari 0,05 atau nilai P <0,05, dengan kata lain menerima hipotesis. Dari ketiga variabel yang dipilih, maka nilai indeks menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan (X2) adalah aspek terkuat dengan nilai 0,322, kemudian komitmen (X3) dengan nilai 0,301 dan budaya kerja dengan nilai 0,228. Temuan ini menunjukkan bagaimana budaya kerja, kemampuan dan komitmen dapat meningkatkan kinerja dosen di Kabupaten Maros.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada salah satu Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) yang berada pada kabupaten Pinrang, Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengujian statistik menggunakan aplikasi SPSS v 25. Metode sampel jenuh digunakan pada penelitian ini, yakni semua anggota populasi yang berjumlah 20 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung (1,771) yang lebih kecil dari nilai ttabel (2,109). Sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, yang menunjukkan dengan nilai thitung (2,973) yang lebih besar dari nilai ttabel. Pada uji serempak, diperoleh bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai R2 pada penelitian ini adalah 0,701 yang berarti bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan variabel disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 70,1% sedangkan sisanya senilai 29,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel di luar persamaan regresi ini atau variabel yang tidak diteliti
The openness of public information is an inseparable aspect of democracy that upholds freedom and human rights. As an effort to encourage this, Law Number 14 of 2008 was born. Public information disclosure is one of the essential elements for the realization of good governance. Based on this, this study intends to analyze the Implementation of the Public Information Disclosure Policy in the application of the principles of good governance in the management of the website of the Provincial Government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The researcher examines this matter by using the constructivism paradigm with qualitative research methods accompanied by a case study research approach. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, and documentation. The study results show that the Decree of the Governor of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Number 839 of 2017 concerning Information Management and Documentation Officers (PPID) within the Provincial Government of the Special Capital City Region Jakarta is a reference in implementing Public Information Disclosure. Through this regulation, every public agency must be transparent about public information under its authority and is expected to accelerate the implementation of information disclosure in DKI Jakarta. In the service of public information disclosure, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government makes optimal use of use of government websites as a medium for disseminating information and government policies.
