ABSTRAK Tercatat jumlah peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang memiliki tunggakan khususnya di Kota Makassar per Desember 2017 sebanyak 143.794 jiwa penduduk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Menganalisis Kemampuan Membayar (ATP) dan Kemauan Membayar (WTP) Peserta PBPU yang menunggak iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta peserta PBPU yang menunggak iuran jaminan kesehatan nasional di kecamatan tamalate kota Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 sampel. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian yaitu responden ATP 1 kategori mampu yaitu 61% dan tidak mampu 39%, ATP 2 non makanan berada mampu yaitu 46% untuk non-essensial kategori mampu yaitu 21%. Pada aspek kemauan membayar tunggakan responden kategori tidak mau yaitu sebanyak 70 responden (70%), kategori mau yaitu sebanyak 30 responden (30%). Pengetahuan mengenai tarif JKN yaitu 42%. Responden/anggota keluarga yang memiliki riwayat penyakit katastropik adalah 27% jenis penyakit terbanyak adalah stroke.Kata Kunci: Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional, ATP, WTP
Kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan setiap harinya. Peningkatan kasus tersebut menunjukkan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap, informasi tentang masker, dan motivasi terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan masker dalam pencegahan COVID-19 pada Pedagang Pasar Lakessi Kota Parepare. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang aktif di Pasar Lakessi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS for Windows. Adapun model analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 38 pedagang (40,4%) yang patuh dan 56 pedagang (59,6%) yang tidak patuh dalam penggunaan masker. Adapun hasil uji statistik variabel penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan (value = 0.602), sikap (value = 0.656), informasi tentang masker (value = 0.604) dan motivasi (value = 0.707). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel-variabel tersebut dengan kepatuhan penggunaan masker pedagang.
Facing the adaptation of new habits (IMR) towards a productive and safe society against COVID-19, the Minister of Health issued a Minister of Health Decree number HK.01.07 / MENKES / 382/2020 concerning Health Protocols. The target in this study is the availability of a Covid-19 Health Protocol Compliance Effectiveness Study for Informal sector workers at Mallengkeri Terminal. This research is a quantitative method with cross sectional design. The research was conducted at Mallengkeri Terminal. The population in this study were all Mallengkeri Terminal drivers with a total sample of 97 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that there were 88 respondents (90.7%) who were good and 9 respondents (9.3%) who were not good enough in the effectiveness of compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol. The statistical test results showed that the achievement of goals and results (p = 0.004), target group satisfaction (p = 0.357), maintenance systems (p = 0.236), action (p = 0.068), facilities (p = 0.288), and motivation ( p = 0.744). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that only the achievement of goals and outcomes variables have a significant relationship with the effectiveness of compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol, while the other variables have no relationship
