Social capital as a series of processes of human relations that are supported by networks, norms, and social beliefs that enable the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness. Social capital owned by women is influenced by values and norms regarding trust, moral values, namely norms and networks of interaction between family and environment that support women entrepreneurs in developing their business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the ability of social capital on business performance (IWAPI, South Sulawesi Province). The method used in the research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of PLS software. The population in this study is all 212 women entrepreneurs of IWAPI South Sulawesi. The sample is determined as many as 140 respondents.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tanggung jawab dan strategi peningkatan kinerja aparatur sipil negara di kecamatan Mattiro Bulu Kabupaten Pinrang, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu jenis pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara dengan dukungan perangkat lain seperti alat dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu memberikan deskripsi dan gambaran mengenai hasil wawancara dan observasi yang ditemukan di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa tanggung jawab pegawai secara struktur sudah baik namun implementasi terhadap struktur dan rantai tugas dan fungsi yang dijelaskan perlu dioptimalkan, sementara itu strategi yang diterapkan pada Kantor Kecamatan Mattiro Bulu yang berdasar pada Rencana Strategis Kecamatan Mattiro Bulu turunan Visi Misi Kabupaten Pinrang belum berjalan secara optimal dan perlu perbaikan telaah visi, misi, dan tujuan sehingga dalam penghayatan rencana strategis dapat berjalan secara optimal. Sedangkan indeks yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah berdasar pada Lakip (Laporan Kinerja Pegawai) yang terpantau stabil dan maksimal namun dibutuhkan peningkatan yang signifikan guna peningkatan kinerja yang lebih baik ke depan. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Responsibility and Strategies for Improving the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Mattiro Bulu District, Pinrang Regency, using qualitative research methods, namely the type of data collection in the form of observations and interviews with the support of other tools such as documentation tools. The data analysis technique is to provide a description and overview of the interview and observation results found at the research site. The results of the study explained that the responsibility of employees structurally is good, but the implementation of the structure and chain of tasks and functions described needs to be optimized, while the strategy applied to the Mattiro Bulu District Office based on the Mattiro Bulu District Strategic Plan derived from the Vision and Mission of Pinrang Regency has not run optimally and needs to improve the vision review, mission, and objectives so that in the passion of the strategic plan can run optimally. Meanwhile, the index that affects employee performance is based on the Lakip (Employee Performance Report) which is monitored as stable and maximum but requires significant improvements in order to improve better performance in the future.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana sistem pengelolaan pendidikan di Kabupaten Maros dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kendala-kendala sistem pengelolaan pendidikan di Kabupaten Maros. Responden dalam penelitian ini ialah kepala dinas pendidikan Kabupaten Maros, pengawas SMP dinas pendidikan Kabupaten Maros, pengawas SD dinas pendidikan Kabupaten Maros, kepala sekolah SMP dan SD, serta guru SMP dan SD Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang baik antara stakeholder kependidikan mengenai kebijakan dan sistem harus berjalan dengan baik sebelum diterapkan di sekolah-sekolah, pengelolaan pendidikan membutuhkan SDM yang berkompotensi pada bidang kependidikan dan Sarana dan prasarana memiliki peran penting dalam proses pembelajaran siswa. This study aims to determine and analyze how the education management system in Maros and to identify and analyze the constraints of the education management system in Maros. Respondents in this study were the head of the Maros Education Service, the Middle School Supervisor of Maros Education Service, the Supervisor of Maros Elementary School, the Middle and Elementary School Principals, the Middle and Elementary School teachers in Maros. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the analysis show that good communication between educational stakeholders regarding policies and systems must run well before being implemented in schools, education management requires competent human resources in the field of education and facilities and infrastructure have an important role in the student learning process.
