CRSL Store is a clothing store or distribution company that produces various bags, backpacks, garments, jackets, headgear, and footwear. The CRSL brand attracted many people because of its unique products, which consisted of five adorable animal figures. CRSL indirectly undertakes a "save animal" campaign through the products it makes. Strong CRSL brand identity must be continually maintained and strengthened to build brand awareness. Digital marketing communications is one of the tactics employed by CRSL to raise brand recognition. This research determines how much CRSL uses digital marketing to boost brand recognition. The researcher method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with the CRSL brand as the subject of investigation. Interview, observation, and documentation approaches were utilized to obtain data, while three stages of data analysis are used, including data reduction, display, and verification. Furthermore, the triangulation method was used to assess the data's veracity. Seven sources were consulted, including CRSL's CEO, Chief in Editor, Store Manager, COO, and three CRSL customers. The results reveal that CRSL has increased brand awareness by incorporating components of digital marketing communications. These elements include websites, social media marketing, search engine marketing, email marketing, video marketing, and online advertising. Several of these features, such as search engine marketing and email marketing, are still in the early stages of development. The digital marketing plan carried out by CRSL is supported by segmentation, targeting, and positioning techniques to group a large market. The number of Instagram followers, viewers on TikTok social media, and website visitors have increased, indicating that CRSL's brand recognition has grown. It may continue to raise CRSL brand recognition with a strong brand identity and a brilliant digital marketing communications strategy.
Background: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between providing information of CSR practices with organizational attractiveness in the job choice among prospective applicants. Drawing from signaling theory, we hypothesized that providing information of CSR practices will affect the organizational attractiveness for prospective applicants.Method: Participants (N=333) viewed job postings from four companies and rated the company attractiveness.Results: Findings demonstrated that providing information of CSR practices positively affects the organizational attractiveness.Conclusion: In general, this research contributes to CSR and Communication literature by showing the importance of providing information of CSR for prospective applicants in the job postings. Findings empirically show that providing CSR information will affect company attractiveness in the job choice among prospective applicants.

Berawal dari website www.otodriver.com lalu melebarkan sayap ke kanal YouTube dan menyajikan konten audio visual yang berisi tentang informasi mengenai kendaraan roda empat terbaru yang diulas secara lengkap oleh para ahli secara independen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh terpaan tayang video YouTube Otodriver.com terhadap asosiasi merek mobil terhadap pengikut akun. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan purposive sampling terhadap 100 orang pengikut akun. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 64,7% pengaruh terpaaan tayang dengan asosiasi merek mobil pengikut akun. Asosiasi merek merupakan pengalaman untuk mengidentifikasikan identitas pembeda antara suatu barang atau jasa lainnya.
There are 275 million tonnes of plastic waste produced worldwide based on data compiled by Jenna R. Jambeck of the University of Georgia in 2010, and about 4.8-12.7 million tonnes of them were wasted and polluted the sea. As a coastal population of 187.2 million, each year Indonesia is producing an astonishing amount of plastic waste. It is an irony when Indonesia becomes one of the fourth largest waste-producing countries in the world. This problem motivated us to provide community service about a minimal waste lifestyle and invite young people in Yogyakarta to change their mindset towards plastic waste. The method of community service is carried out by holding a mini workshop with the theme of minimal Waste Lifestyle, to provide a change in mindset for the people involved, so that they can adopt a lifestyle of minimal waste. The results of this community service shows that to implement a minimal waste lifestyle, continuous education is needed so that people can adopt this lifestyle starting from themselves and reusing existing waste.
