Background: Children's Tuberculosis (TB) (p = 0.049; OR = 2.918; 95% CI = 1.005 to 8.472), density occupancy (p = 0.020; OR = 3.379; 95% CI = 1.212 to 9.417), humidity (p = 0.025; OR = 3.236; 95% CI = 1.156 to 9.058) and ventilation (p = 0.022; OR = 3.224; 95% CI = 1.182 to 8.797).
Conclusion:The density occupancy, humidity, ventilation, mother's knowledge are a risk factor pulmonary TB incidence of children in Pekalongan City.
ABSTRAKPopulasi pedagang kaki lima yang terus bertambah membuat dinamika dan model peraturan pemerintah wilayah perkotaan menjadi semakin rumit. Pedagang kaki lima dapat menjadi solusi atas ketidakmampuan Pemerintah dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan namun di sisi lain dapat menjadi polusi dan patologi wilayah perkotaan sehingga seringkali penataan pedagang kaki lima berakhir dengan konflik. Kegagalan pemerintah dalam mengkomunikasikan kebijakan dalam manajemen perkotaan disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah kurang memahami faktor budaya pada target kebijakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh dimensi budaya pada kemampuan Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta dalam mengkomunikasikan kebijakannya mengenai relokasi pedagang kaki lima pada tahun [2004][2005][2006][2007][2008][2009][2010]
This research aims to analyze the problem of the development of integrated Islamic elementary schools and madrasah in purwodadi village. The approach used is a descriptive approach to analysis of qualitative data. In addition, the data collection techniques used in the study used observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this study is the problem of the development of Islamic-based school trends (SDIT) that have an impact on madrasah. Purwodadi Village has 1 General Kindergarten and 2 TKIT, elementary school consists of 2 State Elementary Schools and 2 SDIT and Madrasah Ibtida'iyah (MI) only 1. So that the total elementary school age education institution in one village has 4 elementary schools. The development of an Integrated Islamic school in purwodadi village had an impact on madrasah. One of the advantages of SDIT has learning programs such as memorization of quran and hadith, sunnah Dhuha prayer before starting learning activities, murojaah, dzuhur prayer before school, Friday almsgiving, and other activities. These activities are then a special consideration for parents in choosing educational institutions for their children. While madrasah does not have an activity program that supports learning such as in SDIT. One of the effects is the reduced interest of students who attend madrassas. This is because of the trend of Islamic schools that develop in the village with a variety of learning programs offered.
Street traders (PKL) has long been a serious concern central and local governments, including the city of Surakarta. The problem is not the policy level, but associated with its implementation. The expected goals of this study was to determine the depth and the coaching setup process hawkers (PKL) conducted by Government of Surakarta, especially during the leadership of Mayor Joko Widodo, can be done peacefully and to investigate fundamental differences and fostering arrangement patterns PKL with the previous leadership in Surakarta in the perspective of development communication.This research using qualitative and quantitative approach. The results showed that the effectiveness of the arrangement and development of street vendors in Surakarta, so that it can be done peacefully greatly influenced by factors communicator, message, medium, communicant and effect (Lasswell, 1948). However, among these factors is the most dominant factor communicator (leadership) and medium (interpersonal communication). Leadership style using patterns Jokowi more situational leadership. While the implementation of interpersonal communication is nguwong-ke.
The local government as a system, organizationally, has the public relations (PR) board which should ideally have a large capacity in supporting management of policy development.This study is intended to describe the existence of PR to support the successful implementation of relocation policies of street vendors in the Yogyakarta City. This research is a qualitative research with the unit of analysis is the staff of PR and information from the government of the Yogyakarta City. The problem to be questioned is to what extent of the local government PR are performing the function and roles based on the main duties and functions which is set based on, theoretically, the essence of the ideality. The results showed that the success of the relocation of street vendors in the Yogyakarta City performed collaboratively between PR and its stakeholders. Processes and mechanisms impasses through the stages of fact-finding, planning, and negotiation. PR is not involved directly in the process of communication and negotiation to street vendors, but it is become a bridge of information, mediator, and facilitator in the process of relocation. Media of communication which widely used are mass media and interpersonal media. Both kinds of media are used by PR board and its stakeholders in creating the awareness of the street vendors to be relocated.
