Amaç: Bu çalışmada amaç; alkol kullanım bozukluğu (AKB) ve madde kullanım bozukluğu (MKB) tanısı konulan iki ayrı hasta grubunun inflamasyon belirteçlerini sağlıklı kontroller ve birbirleri ile karşılaştırarak incelemektir.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmamıza 159 kişi (100 kişi hasta grubu ve 59 kişi kontrol grubu olarak) alındı. Tüm katılımcıların demografik verileri bir form halinde yazıldı ve laboratuvar parametreleri tam kan sayımı ile değerlendirildi.
Bulgular: MKB tanılı hastaların; 24’ü (%48) esrar, 26’sı (%52) sentetik kannabinoid kullanıyordu. Her iki hasta grubunda da hemoglobin, hematokrit, RDW-standart sapma olarak değeri (RDW-SD), ortalama platelet hacmi (MPV) değeri sağlıklı kontrollerden yüksek idi. Platelet değeri AKB hastalarında diğer iki gruptan düşük iken, eritrosit değeri MKB hastalarında diğer iki gruptan yüksek idi.
Sonuç: Hem AMKB patofizyolojisinde bazı inflamatuvar parametrelerinin etkili olabileceği düşünülmüştür. Ayrıca bu parametrelerdeki değişikliklere bağlı olarak oluşabilecek spontan kanama, enfeksiyon hastalıklarına yatkınlık gibi komplikasyonlar da hem hastaların değerlendirilmeleri hem de tedavi planlamalarında göz önüne alınmalıdır.
Doğum ağrısının algılanmasında ve ağrıya verilen cevapta etkili olan pek çok faktör vardır. Bunlar arasında; prenatal eğitim, kültür, annenin kaygı düzeyi ve kişilik yapısı sayılabilir. Biz bu çalışmada; normal doğum yapacak kadınların hissettikleri ağrı düzeyi ile kişilik yapıları ve anksiyete düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmayı amaçladık. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmaya normal doğum ile doğum yapması planlanan, doğum eylemi başlayıp doğumhaneye yatırılan 101 hamile kadın dahil edildi. Hastalara Sosyodemografik ve Klinik Veri Formu, Vizüel Ağrı Skalası (VAS), Anksiyete Duyarlılığı İndeksi-3 (ADİ-3), Leiden Depresyona Duyarlılık İndeksi (LDDİ) ve Türkçe büyük beşli ölçeği uygulandı. Bulgular: Çalışmamızda VAS ile diğer hiçbir ölçek arasında anlamlı ilişki saptanmadı (P>0,05). ADİ-3 toplam puanı ile Türkçe büyük beşli ölçeği dışa dönüklük (r=0,228) ve açıklık alt boyutları (r=0,201) arasında zayıf bir ilişki saptandı (P<0,05). Türkçe büyük beşli ölçeği dışa dönüklük alt boyutu ile ADİ-3 bilişsel (r=0,210) ve fiziksel (r=0,225) alt boyutları arasında da yine zayıf bir ilişki saptandı (P<0,05). Sonuç: Doğum eyleminde hissedilen ağrının boyutu pek çok faktöre bağlıdır. Biz çalışmamızda; doğum ağrısı ile kişilik özellikleri, anksiyete düzeyleri ve depresyon ölçeği parametreleri arasında herhangi bir anlamlı ilişki saptamadık. Fakat doğum ağrısı ve kişilik özellikleri arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koyabilmek için daha fazla sayıda ve daha büyük örneklem gruplarında yapılacak çalışmaya gereksinim vardır.
Amaç: Bu çalışmada; Opiyat Kullanım Bozukluğu (OpKB) tanılı hastaların nötrofil/lenfosit (NLO), platelet/lenfosit (PLO), monosit/lenfosit (PLO) oranı gibi periferik inflamasyon belirteçlerini kontroller ile karşılaştırarak retrospektif incelemeyi amaçladık.
Yöntem: Çalışmaya; 201 kişi (101 kişi OpKB ve 100 kontrol) alındı. Tüm katılımcıların yaş, cinsiyet gibi demografik verilerini içeren demografik veri formu oluşturuldu. Sonrasında tam kan sayımı ile değerlendirilen laboratuvar parametreleri incelendi.
Bulgular: Tüm katılımcılar erkek ve yaş ortalaması 30,68±10,60 idi. Hasta grubunun hemoglobin değeri 14,78±1,29, hematokrit değeri 44,02±3,70 olarak hesap edildi. Yine hastalarda eritrosit 5,00±0,39 ve RDW-SD 43,90±4,26 ile sağlıklı kontrollerden yüksekti. NLO, MLO ve PLO değerleri hasta grubunda sağlıklı kontrollere göre düşük olarak hesap edildi.
Sonuç: OpKB hastalarında bazı inflamatuvar parametrelerinde değişiklikler olduğu gösterilmiştir. İnflamatuvar parametrelerindeki bu değişikliklere bağlı oluşabilecek komplikasyonlar; hem tedavi planı hem hastanın semptomlarının değerlendirilmesinde dikkate alınmalıdır.
