Motivációs tényezők vizsgálata magyar utazók körében(Why tourists choose Airbnb? -Analysing motivation factors among Hungarian travellers) ABSZTRAKT Az utóbbi évtizedben az Airbnb rendkívül gyors növekedést mutatott és komoly versenytársává vált a hagyományos szállásszolgáltatóknak. Ez egyre fontosabbá teszi, hogy jobban megértsük a turisták motivációját, vagyis, hogy az emberek miért választják az Airbnb-t a hagyományos szállások helyett. Ennek következtében a tanulmány célja, hogy feltárja a magyar utazók Airbnb választási motivációit egy online kérdőíves felmérés adataira alapozva. A motivációs állításokon elvégzett faktoranalízis 4 motivációs konstrukciót -Interakció, Társadalmi felelősségvállalás, Funkcionális tulajdonságok, Gazdasági előnyök -tárt fel, amelyek az Airbnb használatot motiválják a válaszadók körében, míg a motivációs tényezőkön elvégzett második faktoranalízis további 5 motivációs konstrukciót tárt fel: Reputáció, Ár és lokáció, Kapacitás és foglalhatóság, Foglalási feltételek, valamint Szolgáltatások. Az ezt követő klaszteranalízis 5 különböző szegmensbe sorolta -Otthonkeresők, Pénzmegtakarítók, Konzervatív fogyasztók, Közösségi fogyasztók, Interaktív újdonság keresők -az Airbnb magyar felhasználóit. Az eredmények továbbá azt is kimutatták, hogy az Airbnb választása legfontosabb motivációinak az alacsony költségek és a szállás elhelyezkedése bizonyult, továbbá a megkérdezett felhasználókat elsősorban a gazdasági előnyök és az utazási költségek csökkentésének lehetősége vonzza, miközben olyan tapasztalati előnyök, mint az újdonság, az autentikusság, vagy a társadalmi felelősségvállalás másodlagos jelentőségűnek bizonyultak.
