In this empirical research we are reporting the results of a survey carried out in Healthcare Industry in the Metro city of Hyderabad, whether the performance appraisal management system is effected by the independent factors performance management, improved employee performance and impact of performance appraisal system on employee performance. The authors surveyed 750 staff working in various healthcare centres including hospitals, training centres consisting of 435 men and 315 women employees, to evaluate the how the said factors effect the performance management system in healthcare industry. The reliability statistics Cronbach Alpha, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy and Bartlett's tests of sample adequacy, principal component analysis and multiple linear regression analysis carried out. The Cronbach alpha measured at for performance management 0.870 factors for improvement of employee performance 0.776 and factors for Impact of performance appraisal system on organization is 0.742. The KMO-Bartlett tests reveal a strong relationship among the study variables and Bartlett's test of Sphericity is significant (P<0.001) for all the three factors indicating the correlation matrix is not an identify matrix. The multiple regression analysis reveals the three factors significantly influencing the performance management system in healthcare industry in the Metro of Hyderabad.
The authors report the results of an empirical research study carried out, how the employee competencies will effect Performance Management System in IT Enabled Service companies. A survey of 900 employees working in IT Enabled Service companies around Hyderabad Metro consisting of 550 men and 350 women employees using a structured questionnaire was carried out. The study empirically measured the effect of four independent variables, the employee competencies-personal competencies, knowledge level competencies, job-related competencies and communication and interpersonal competencies on a dependent variable performance management system in IT Enabled Services companies. The reliability of the survey instrument and internal consistencies were measured using reliability statistic Cronbach alpha and the Cronbach alpha values ranged between 0.70 to 0.86 for men and 0.67 to 0.82 for women. The results of the multiple regression analysis reveal statistically significant differences indicating that four independent variables are significant predictors of performance management system. Statistically significant gender differences were observed and men and women employees are significantly influencing performance management system in IT Enabled companies, however there are no statistically significant different among the different age groups of employees.
This positivist research outcome reports the factors effecting the performance management system (PMS) in information technology sector using a comparative with reference men and women employees. A comparative analysis of an empirical survey involving men and women employees using the factors that effect the PMS in information technology sector carried out. The primary data generated carrying out a survey with Nine hundred and twenty-four employees consisting of 379 women, and 545 men working in information technology sector in and around the Metro of Hyderabad. A structured and undisguised questionnaire, was employed on the respondents for this research study. The questionnaire prepared and published on Google form and link for the questionnaire was provided to the respondents. The six independent factors that are effecting the PMSemployee performance, working environment, personal competencies, knowledge-level, job-knowledge, interpersonal and communication competencies and a dependent factor PMS measured. The reliability and in the internal consistency of the research instrument, the survey questionnaire assessed using reliability statistic Cronbach Alpha. The C-alpha values ranged between 0.67 to 0.86 for men, and 0.63 to 0.84 for women employees for the factors assessed indicating, a strong internal consistency and reliability of the survey instrument. The factors that effect the PMS reported in the manuscript.Factors Effecting the Performance Management System: A Comparative Analysis among Men and Women with Reference to Information Technology Sector
