Résumé La présente contribution analyse les schémas de consommation du vin dans le contexte africain avec une application empirique dans l’environnement camerounais. L’étude menée auprès d’un échantillon de 230 consommateurs de vin fait ressortir une consommation de vin essentiellement orientée bas de gamme, une légère domination des vins espagnols sur le marché et une influence significative de l’attribut « pays d’origine » sur le choix des vins positionnés haut de gamme.
Huit éléments sont identifiés pour la caractérisation des services du blended learning en formation continue. Leur évaluation est basée sur une variante du modèle de confirmation des attentes où la qualité perçue a un impact direct sur la satisfaction. Le modèle tétraclasse introduit par Llosa est ensuite retenu pour l’analyse de l’impact de ces éléments de service sur la satisfaction des apprenants. Une étude de cas sur une entreprise camerounaise est présentée.
