The purpose of this study was to analyze influence self efficacy and learning motivation to learning outcomr. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 with likert scale,. The respondents are students of Vocational High School in Kabupaten Bandung Barat . Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the study revealed self efficacy and motivation learning both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward influenced students’ learning outcomes. Thus students’ learning outcomes can be improved through increased self efficacy and learning motivation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor rentang 1 sampai 5 model Likert. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar.

Telah dilakukan penelitian terhadap efek antiinflamasi dari fraksi-fraksi daun piladang (Solenostemon scutellarioides (L) .Codd) pada mencit putih betina. Hewan percobaan dibagi atas 5 kelompok yaitu kelompok I (kontrol diberi NaCMC 0,5%), kelompok II ( pembanding diberi asetosal 130 mg / kgBB), kelompok III, IV dan V yang diberikan fraksi heksan, fraksi etil asetat dan fraksi butanol masing-masing dengan dosis 400 mg/kgBB. Metode yang digunakan adalah edema buatan dan kantong granuloma. Edema atau peradangan pada tikus diinduksi dengan menyuntikkan karagen 1% secara subkutan. Suspensi fraksi diberikan secara oral selama 4 hari. Parameter yang diamati adalah volume edema dan jumlah leukosit pada edema dan darah tikus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fraksi daun piladang memberi efek yaitu mengurangi volume edema dan mempengaruhi jumlah sel leukosit pada edema dan darah seperti sel neutrofil segmen, neutrofil batang, monosit dan limfosit secara signifikan (P <0,05), sedangkan efek pada sel eosinofil tidak signifikan (P> 0,05). Dari semua fraksi diuji, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fraksi etil asetat dan fraksi butanol memiliki aktivitas antiinflamasi
Hydrodynamic phenomena can be observed with light thanks to the analogy between quantum gases and nonlinear optics. In this Letter, we report an experimental study of the superfluid-like properties of light in a (1+1)-dimensional nonlinear optical mesh lattice, where the arrival time of optical pulses plays the role of a synthetic spatial dimension. A spatially narrow defect at rest is used to excite sound waves in the fluid of light and measure the sound speed. The critical velocity for superfluidity is probed by looking at the threshold in the deposited energy by a moving defect, above which the apparent superfluid behaviour breaks down. Our observations establish optical mesh lattices as a promising platform for fluids of light.
