This Supreme Court ruling deals with collective dismissal and the need to adjust the workforce to the activity carried out in the "work center" affected in the framework of a multi-center enterprise through redundancies based on "productive causes". The dismissal is adjusted to the right: The productive cause is credited; the requirements of the consultation-collective bargaining phase, which ends without collective agreement of reorganization or restructuring, are met; and the rationality and proportionality of the contractual extinction measures adopted at the initiative of the employer.
