ResumoIntrodução: Com o avanço do número de casos da Covid-19 no Brasil, fez-se necessário a adoção de medidas que minimizem o seu impacto, sendo os profissionais de enfermagem imprescindíveis no contexto atual. Objetivo: Realizar uma análise sobre como está sendo prestada a assistência de enfermagem na UTI ao paciente infectado pela Covid-19. O acesso das gestantes ao pré-natal, desde o início da gravidez, constitui-se uma estratégia para o diagnóstico precoce de alterações, corroborando assim para a redução da morbimortalidade materna e perinatal. Trata-se de um relato de experiência dos graduandos em enfermagem do 9° semestre, na aplicação do Processo de Enfermagem às consultas de pré-natal, em uma unidade de Atenção Básica à Saúde, da cidade de Feira de Santana, Bahia. A experiência para a construção desse relato surgiu por meio da realização das consultas de pré-natal, durante o estágio supervisionado, realizado entre o período de 29 de março a 15 de junho de 2022. Durante o referido estágio foram acompanhadas aproximadamente 23 gestantes, nas diversas fases do ciclo gestacional. A realização das consultas de pré-natal durante o estágio foi imprescindível para a nossa formação como futuros profissionais enfermeiros, pois possibilitou o reconhecimento e a superação de algumas limitações. Prenatal nursing process in a primary care unit: experience report Abstract: The access of pregnant women to prenatal care, from the beginning of pregnancy, constitutes a strategy for the early diagnosis of alterations, thus contributing to the reduction of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. This is an experience report of nursing students in the 9th semester, in the application of the Nursing Process to prenatal consultations, in a Primary Health Care unit, in the city of Feira de Santana, Bahia. The experience for the construction of this report emerged through the realization of prenatal consultations, during the supervised internship, carried out between the period from March 29 to June 15, 2022. During this internship, approximately 23 pregnant women were monitored, in the different phases of the gestational cycle. Carrying out prenatal consultations during the internship was essential for our training as future professional nurses, as it made it possible to recognize and overcome some limitations. Proceso de enfermería prenatal en una unidad de atención primaria: relato de experiencia Resumen: El acceso de las gestantes al control prenatal, desde el inicio del embarazo, constituye una estrategia para el diagnóstico precoz de las alteraciones, contribuyendo así a la reducción de la morbimortalidad materna y perinatal. Se trata de un relato de experiencia de estudiantes de enfermería del 9º semestre, en la aplicación del Proceso de Enfermería a las consultas prenatales, en una unidad de Atención Primaria a la Salud, en la ciudad de Feira de Santana, Bahía. La experiencia para la construcción de este informe surgió a través de la realización de consultas prenatales, durante la pasantía supervisada, realizada en el período del 29 de marzo al 15 de junio de 2022.
