Abstract:Several studies have shown that the country economy is based on oil and fossil fuel based, very vulnerable to factors such as war and sanctions. In recent years the Iranian government is trying to reduce dependence on oil and expanding the tax revenue. In this study the use of tax revenues, the effect of three types of tax rates including corporate tax rate, business tax rate and indirect taxes rate (each share of taxes in GDP) on economic growth in Iran during the Thirty Years' 1981-2010 with using of Auto Regressive Distributed Lags (ARDL) examined. In addition to these three variables, other variables such as annual population growth rate, inflation rate and degree of trade openness on economic growth is examined. The results suggest that the impact of the increase in the rates of these three types of taxes on economic growth is negative and significant, and for an increase in the rate of corporate tax rate, business tax rate and indirect taxes rate by 2/4 and 2/8 and 1/8 of economic growth is reduced. The results also reflect the positive impact of population growth rate, trade openness rate and the negative impact of inflation rate on economic growth in Iran.
In this paper, design, simulation and construction of a high power amplifier to provide the required power of a cyclotron accelerator (IRANCYC-10) is presented step-by-step. The Push-Pull designed amplifier can generate 750 W at the operating frequency of 71 MHz continous wave (CW). In this study, achieving the best efficiency of the amplifier, as well as reducing overall volume using baluns, were two important goals. The new offered water-cooled heat sink was used for cooling the amplifier which increases the operating life of the transistor. The gain and PAE of the SSPA were obtained 20 dB and 77.7%, respectively. The simulated and measured RF results are in good agreement with each other. The results show that, using an RF transformer in matching impedance of matching networks, it causes a smaller size and also a better amplifier performance.

In this study, sensitivity of evapotranspiration from Penmann-Mantith, Penmann-Kimberly (1996), Penman-Kimberly (1972) and Penmann (1984) and Hargrivs (1985) approaches to three climatic variations (maximum temperature, wind speed, solar radiation) was studied in station Fasa for an interval of 22 years . In this research, in order to represent the effect of climatic variables on evapotranspiration, variation percentage standard was used. The results showed that, in most approaches, the most sensitivity was to net radiation, maximum temperature and wind speed, respectively. The results of this study are applicable for measurement of climatic variations in order to estimate evapotranspiration.
