The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between teachers’ pedagogical knowledge, learning facilities and the teaching quality of teachers in the Ulul Albab Tahfiz Model (TMUA) schools in Malaysia. The data were collected using a set of questionnaires which probed on the respondents’ demographic information as well as on their pedagogical knowledge, learning facilities and teaching quality. The respondents comprised of 144 teachers from three schools involved in TMUA program. The data obtained were processed and analysed through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that there is a significant relationship between teachers’ pedagogical knowledge, educational facilities and the quality of teaching. The implication of this study is that teachers are aware of the importance of pedagogical knowledge in improving teaching quality when implementing the TMUA program.

This paper analyses the performance of classification models using single classification and combination of ensemble method, which are Breast Cancer Wisconsin and Hepatitis data sets as training datasets. This paper presents a comparison of different classifiers based on a 10-fold cross validation using a data mining tool. In this experiment, various classifiers are implemented including three popular ensemble methods which are boosting, bagging and stacking for the combination. The result shows that for the classification of the Breast Cancer Wisconsin data set, the single classification of Naïve Bayes (NB) and a combination of bagging+NB algorithm displayed the highest accuracy at the same percentage (97.51%) compared to other combinations of ensemble classifiers. For the classification of the Hepatitisdata set, the result showed that the combination of stacking+Multi-Layer Perception (MLP) algorithm achieved a higher accuracy at 86.25%. By using the ensemble classifiers, the result may be improved. In future, a multi-classifier approach will be proposed by introducing a fusion at the classification level between these classifiers to obtain classification with higher accuracies.
The use of state-of-the-art teaching aids in teaching and learning activities (T&L) had been proven in enhancing teachers’ teaching effectiveness in the classroom. This study aims to examine the level of technology usage among teachers and students in the Tahfiz Ulul Albab Model (TMUA) program as well as teachers' perception on technology usage among teachers in the TMUA program based on 21st Century In-Service Training (LADAP PAK21). A total of 30 teachers and 100 students were selected as respondents in this study. Data analysis was performed using Statistical For Social Science (SPSS) Version 22.0 software. The findings show that the level of technology-assisted teaching aids usage is moderate to high. However, there is no difference among teachers who follow LADAP PAK21 towards technology-assisted teaching aids usage. The findings of this study show that although teachers have a positive perception of the importance of u technology usage, the level of usage is still at a moderate level. This shows that the level of awareness and encouragement in the usage of technology-assisted teaching aids needs to be increased.
The user usually uses a password to avoid the attacks like a dictionary attack, brute force attack and shoulder surfing attack which is the famous attack nowadays. The shoulder surfing attack is a direct observation technique by watching over the user's shoulder when they enter their password to get information. The most common authentication method used by the user is textual password. But, the textual password has many disadvantages because it is vulnerable to attack as it tends to shoulder surfing attack. In this project, a pattern-based password authentication will develop to overcome this problem. Using this scheme, the user needs to select the type of pattern that they like during registration. To log in to their account, the user needs to enter the password in the form of the textual password in ordering manner based on a pattern that they choose during registration. The text password grid presented with a different style as it filled with random objects whether characters, numbers or images. This method is suitable to minimizing shoulder surfing attack as it can improve the security of user's password and they can efficiently login to the system.
