Abstract: The Tarekat Naqshabandiyyah Khalidiyyah lead by Haji Ishaq has many followers and is also known especially among other tarekat followers in Malaysia. This article is navigating through the leadership of Haji Ishaq Bin Muhammad Arif, the emergence of tarekat Naqshabandiyyah Khalidiyyah he lead and its evolution in Malaysia. Beside the data collected through the manuscript written by Haji Ishaq, his murids works were also studied. Field observations were also performed at several sites that are identified to be the centers of the movement. Also, some senior students of Haji Ishaq were interviewed to strengthen the arguments of the manuscript data. This study had discovered that tarekat Naqshabandiyyah Khalidiyyah lead by Haji Ishaq was large group with many followers, made up of diverse backgrounds, including academicians and professionals. The power of this group is reflected in the extensive network of centers that are located in several states in Malaysia.

Key Words: Tarekat, Haji Ishaq bin Muhammad Arif, Naqshabandiyyah Khalidiyyah

Latest studies reported that systems success measure suffers from mix of results and limited models that help in success measurement and evaluation.Because of systems models are domain specific and context related, there is a dire need for taking the measure to other perspectives like using related external factors such as management support or using software engineering theories such as ISO 25010. This study aimed to move the measure from a business perspective to other perspectives. This study investigated NIAS-Mukalla student satisfaction based on security, management support, computer anxiety and usefulness. All these independent variables found to be positively and significantly affected the satisfaction of the users. NIAS-Mukalla students were satisfied with the web-based systems.
There are major concerns regarding the previous research that can be said as having poor measurements, lack of theoretical grounding, and concern heavily on investment justifies. Some are also considered as having weak survey instruments, inappropriate data collection approaches, and lack of agreement on the dependent variables measurement that resulted in its incompatibility. Several related issues pertaining to high rates of systems’ failure that justify the heavy investment costs and affect the systems’ success of measurement. This matter had raised a high concern, especially for the researchers, practitioners, organization managers and systems administrators. Thus, the successful measurement of any systems is vital. The purpose of this study is to provide a framework and a high-quality validated instrument based on the literature review and experts’ validation. Subsequently, it can be used in the future studies to efficiently assist in the systems’ success measurement. The statistical test of 344 users with the smart PLS for the instrument shows an excellent result.
Youth’s aspirations are a key influence on their decision-making process but may perpetuate poverty traps among marginalised and socioeconomically disadvantaged groups. We aim to examine the complex formation of female youth aspirations and geographical demographic differences. We recruited 56 16-year-old Malaysian female students from one urban ( n = 24) and two rural schools in Malaysia ( n = 32). A mixed-design approach was utilised by (1) quantitatively assessing their aspirations from drawings of future selves and (2) qualitatively complementing the drawings with semi-structured interviews ( n = 28, 14/14). Results showed that youth aspirations are socially produced, primarily by family members but also by internal factors (e.g., domain passion and self-efficacy). While there were similar rural-urban aspiration levels, rural youth demonstrated more self-blaming tendencies (resulting in them choosing careers of lower occupational prestige) and frequently mentioned resorting to part-time entrepreneurship to supplement employment their income. Our study has implications for interventions targeted at driving social mobility for rural and/or low-income young women and emphasises the importance of a multifaceted capacity-building approach while also addressing structural constraints.
Nowadays systems failure is the dominant of current research in the fields of information systems and software engineering. The rate of systems fails, and dissatisfying users are high with a lack of appropriate framework that can be used as a success measure in the context. With mix of the results in systems success measure. The organization is in need for a well-defined engineered framework to assist in the success measure of web-based systems. Yemeni south region’s universities are facing the problem (dissatisfying users, justifying the cost of implementing systems and measuring its success). This study aims to propose the characteristics of a quality framework suitable for such a purpose and context of developing a novel systems quality framework based on adapting Delone & Maclean 2003, ISO 25010 and Tam to measure the success and quality of these web-based systems. Researchers validated the framework and instrument via 8 academic specialized lecturers in systems and software engineering from (Malaysia, Yemen and India). Researchers then confirmed the translated questionnaire (English to Arabic and back to back translation) with an authorized translation company. Before starting the pilot study, pre-test has been conducted with nine respondents to see if there is any doubts or unclear syntax, everything was OK. Pilot results showed an excellent result.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
