Back ground: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second most common cause of cancer death worldwide, after lung cancer , so early cancer detection permits costs reduction for treatment and increase the survival rate, colonoscopy is the only invasive procedure with the double capability of optically screen the entire colonic mucosa and perform a polypectomy procedure .The removal of polyps is associated with a reduction of 60% of deaths.
