Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Velocity Critical Run Tim futsal putra Sekolah menengah atas Plus PGRI Cibinong, menganalisis seberapa jauh jarak para pemain melakukan aktifitas fisik dengan bejalan ,berlari dan sprint serta menganalisis seberapa lama durasi yang ditempuh para pemain dengan berjalan berlari, dan sprint pada Kejuaraan Allievo Futsal Championship. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Gor Laga tangkas Kab. Bogor tanggal 21 – 26 februari 2020 dan metode yang dipergunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan samplenya yaitu total Sampling atau teknik pengambilan sampel total dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Keseluruhan pemain futsal putra Sekolah menengah atas Plus PGRI Cibinong yang bertanding di Allievo Futsal Championship sebanyak 12. Hasil pertama pada penelitian adalah Jarak Velocity Critical Run Tim Futsal Putra Sekolah menengah atas Plus PGRI Cibinong pada Kejuaraan Allievo Futsal Championship terjadi sebanyak 32006 meter. Dari hasil tersebut rata-rata pemain dalam melakukan aktifitas fisik adalah hanya 1,9 m/s maka dapat disimpulkan pada pertandingan tersebut para pemain Futsal Putra SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong dalam tiga pertandingan melakukan aktfitias dengan intesitas rendah. Dengan demikian Vcr para pemain futsal Tim Futsal SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong harus ditingkatkan 2.2 m/s -2.4 m/s dari indikator 70-75% dari VO2max.
