This study aims to explore the implementation of values education in Islamic religious education at a Vocational High School. The research utilized a descriptive qualitative method and purposive sampling to select school principals, student affairs, Islamic Religious Education Teachers, and students as research subjects. The data collection techniques involved observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicated that values education implemented at SMK Syahida led to students who are devout in worship, democratic, environmentally aware, and tolerant. The results were verified with a data assessment rubric, which showed that values education at SMK Syahida was integrated into Islamic religious education. This research concludes that Islamic religious education is suitable for implementing values education. The implications and benefits of this research include contributing to the development of Islamic religious education and values education in Indonesia. The novelty of this research is the integration of values education into Islamic religious education in vocational schools.
ABSTRACT Student achievement is one indicator of graduate quality or student quality as well as school credibility. Often the quality of graduates and student achievement is one of the references or references for prospective new students to register at the school. But what influences student achievement is not solely the internal factors of students who are easy or difficult to get proper education. Other factors also support or hinder student achievement, including Principal Leadership, availability of educational facilities and infrastructure, availability of learning media, teacher competence, parental support, curriculum, and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Principal Leadership and the fulfillment of infrastructure standards on student achievement in Al Qudwah Islamic Middle School, Cibinong, Bogor. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research is correlational because the research seeks to investigate the influence of School Principal Leadership, Fulfillment of Infrastructure Facilities, on Student Achievement at Al Qudwah Islamic Middle School, Cibinong, Bogor. Data collection techniques using the study of literature, documentation, observation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that (a) the Principal's Leadership contributed very significantly and influenced rather high and the direction of a positive relationship to student achievement in Al Qudwah Islamic Middle School, Cibinong, Bogor Regency (b) Fulfillment of Infrastructure Standards contributes very significantly and influences high and the direction of the relationship positive towards student achievement at Al Qudwah Islamic Middle School, Cibinong, Bogor Regency. Correlation coefficient Variable Fulfillment of Infrastructure to Student Achievement, and (c) The relationship of Principal Leadership and Fulfillment of Infrastructure Facilities is strong to student achievement in Al Qudwah Islamic Middle School, Cibinong, Bogor Regency. ABSTRACT The background of this research is the teacher as a component that greatly influences the educational process and the main factors that determine the quality of education. The teacher is the spearhead that is directly related to students as the subject and object of learning in the teaching and learning process. The availability of a good education curriculum, complete educational facilities and infrastructure, but if not balanced with the ability of teachers who are able to implement it, then everything will be less meaningful and not support the achievement of educational goals. The study was conducted at a junior high school located in the District of Cibinong, Bogor Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Principal Leadership and Infrastructure Facilities on the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach to obtain an overview and correlation of research variables, namely Principal Leadership (Variable X1), Infrastructure Facilities (variable X2) and Teacher Performance (variable Y) of SMP in Cibinong District, Bogor. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation study, questionnaires. Data analysis techniques through three stages, namely descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and research hypothesis testing. The results showed that (1) the Principal's Leadership influenced significantly and rather high and the direction of a positive relationship to the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Bogor Regency. (2) The Infrastructure Facility influence significantly and has a rather high and direction of a positive relationship to the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Bogor Regency. The purpose of this study is to find a portrait of optimizing the development of principals, including: Teacher competence; Teacher discipline; and Responsibility of teachers at Vocational High School PGRI Citeureup Bogor. Next is to find out the form of strategy undertaken by the principal in improving teacher competence. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, teachers and all staff at SMK PGRI Citeureup Bogor. To reflect the results of the study found: a portrait of optimizing the development of school principals in improving teacher competence is very harmonious. All teachers greatly increase competence when seen in implementing the rules, discipline, and responsibility towards their profession as a teacher. As for the form of the principal's strategy in increasing teacher competency in SMK PGRI Citeureup using formal and informal strategies, namely: involving teachers in seminars, training, conducting supervision, promoting discipline and motivating teachers from the principal to motivate teachers to improve improvements in educational innovation as tangible form of developing teacher competence. It is expected that principals can provide encouragement and coaching in teacher performance regarding competence, discipline and teacher responsibility in an effective and efficient manner so as to improve performance both professionally or by teacher competence in schools.Keywords: Optimization, Coaching, School Principals, And Teacher Competencies.
The purpose of this study is; (1) To study and analyze the influence of clerical leadership and the workethic of cleric / cleric to the professional competence of teachers at the Qotrun Nada Islamic BoardingSchool Depok jointly, (2) the influence of the cleric leadership on the Teacher Competence at the QotrunNada Islamic Boarding School in Depok, (3) the influence of the work ethic of the cleric / cleric to theTeacher Competence at the Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School in Depok, (4) which is more influentialbetween the clerical leadership or the work ethic of the cleric / cleric to the Teacher Competence at theQotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School in Depok.The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The sample taken is the wholepopulation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.From the results of the study it was found that the influence of the kyai's leadership on TeacherCompetence at Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School was not too significant. This is evidenced by the ttest value, sig value of 0.136 <0.05 then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. There is an influence of ustadz/ ustadzah's work ethic on Teacher Competence at Qotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School. This isevidenced by the t test value, sig value 0,000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The leadershipof the kya and the work ethic of the cleric / cleric contributed concurrently to the Teacher Competence atQotrun Nada Islamic Boarding School at 52.8%, this was evidenced by the f test.Keywords: clerical leadership, teacher competence, work ethic.
