Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesehatan Bank Papua periode tahun 2011-2018 menggunakan metode RBBR (Risk Based Bank Rating). Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penilaian terhadap tiga faktor RBBR, yaitu faktor Risk Profile melalui rasio NPL dan LDR, faktor rentabilitas melalui rasio ROA dan NIM dan faktor permodalan melalui rasio CAR. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Rumusan masalah ada dua, yaitu, pertama mengenai analisis tingkat kesehatan Bank Papua menggunakan metode RBBR (Risk Based Bank Rating) dan yang kedua menyangkut performa Bank papua dilihat dari indikator NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM dan CAR. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan berdasarkan analisis tingkat kesehatan Bank Papua menggunakan metode Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) melalui rasio NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM dan CAR maka kondisi tingkat kesehatan Bank Papua yaitu dapat dikategorikan berada pada predikat Sehat. Namun demikian, perkembangan nilai-nilai rasio pada Bank Papua periode 2011-2018 setiap tahunnya bergerak secara fluktuatif yang berarti perkembangannya naik turun dan pada tahun-tahun tertentu bisa mencapai angka yang kurang baik atau melebihi batas minimum nilai dari masing-masing rasio. Lalu kemudian berdasarkan indikator NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM dan CAR performa Bank Papua dikategorikan baik. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis tingkat kesehatan Bank Papua menggunakan metode Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) melalui rasio NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM dan CAR maka kondisi tingkat kesehatan Bank Papua yaitu dapat dikategorikan berada pada predikat Sehat. Kemudian berdasarkan indikator NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM dan CAR maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa performa Bank Papua dikategorikan baik.
Activity based costing (ABC) is an improved system of the traditional one. This system is calculating costs that provide accuracy and relevance in allocating overhead costs. This system has an overall cost tracking compared to traditional systems. This research uses a descriptive method of case study approach, which can describe the existence of a variable, symptom or condition. Using this method adjusts the ability to answer the problem under study and hopes to be able to provide clear results and answers. The results of the calculation of housing construction cost using the ABC system on housing in Sidoarjo are able to describe results more accurately and do not cause distortion of costs.
The discussion about fiqh minority is the new matter in the Islamic world. This idea blowed up after many imigran were came to many countries in European and American territory. In the term of Arabic, fiqh minority was called fiqh al-aqalliyyat. This article aims at describing the substansion and fatwa product of fiqh minority and it relevansion with Papua Muslims. The study used the qualitative method with the normative dan sociological approach. The technical of collecting data by searching library literature, observation and interviews. The results reveal that fiqh minority is the law islamic that implemented by minorities of muslim who live in majority non muslim areas. Fiqh minority is fiqh taysir because it is attenting the muslim difficult condition. The implementation of fiqh minority that related on muslim Papua are related to the impurity of dog fur, saying Merry Christmas, and marrying women of the Ahl al-Kitāb such as Jews and Christians, and participation of political vote.
Photographing activities become the most activities carried out by customers and uploaded to social media in Indonesia and even in the world. Taking pictures of yourself or objects is a part of community life in Sidoarjo. In addition to following the right market trends, for companies to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Satisfaction of the product will affect the customer in taking the next attitude. The customer is satisfied with a repeat purchase and will say good things about the product. Research conducted in the form of case studies on XIAOMI Smartphone users in Sidoarjo. This research is an in-depth study of one case or one unit and the conclusions in this study only apply to the case in question, so it cannot be used in other cases. The results in this study that there are differences in the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty of XIAOMI smartphone users by sex. Independent Samples t-test showed significant differences in customer satisfaction in males and females and showed significant differences in customer loyalty in males and females. The mean value indicates that female customer satisfaction and loyalty is higher than male customers.
