Existence of Islamic education have big role in the education history at Indonesia, but the role still haven’t full independence it’s political and also its implementation. This matter look by law that formal Islamic education which known by government is Islamic education. Known education is madrasah which have been registered through MAPENDA under Kemenag. Islamic Boarding School still in confession of Moslem society alone which only accepted by Moslem society itself. Therefore Islam people fight not only conducting education but also overall of financing side, education political and independence. Thereby Islamic education require to be improved again by entire all stakeholder Moslem society for the sake of Islamic education as same as Islam aspiration. Appearance of public education system and Islamic education are two sides cannot separate each other in national education system, both related and equipping each other. In the one side the aim of national education is to develop student’s potency in order to become god-fearing and religious, good manner, healthy, knowable and expected to be democratic citizen and responsible.ملخص: أسهم التربية الإسلامية اسهاما كبيرا في تاريخ التربية الإسلامية في إندونيسيا. لكنّ وجودها لم يُعط لها الاستقلالية التامة سياسيا وتطبيقيا. وهذا يظهر قانونيا رسميا أن التربية الإسلامية المعترفة لدى الحكومة هي التربية المتميزة بالتعاليم الإسلامية، وهي المدارس الإسلامية المسجلة في مجلس التربية الأساسية في وزارة الشؤون الدينية. أما البسنترينات فهي معترفة لدى المجتمع المسلم أنفسهم. لذا فإن جهاد المسلمين في التربية لا يكون فقط في تطبيق التربية فحسب لكنه في جميع الجوانب، التكاليف والسياسة التربوية والاستقلالية. بهذا لابد من ترقية التربية الإسلامية الموجودة بمشاركة جميع الشخصيات في المجتمع المسلم لتكون التربية الإسلامية موافقة بما يريده الإسلام. فظهور النظام التربوي العام والنظام التربوي الإسلامي في النظام التربوي الإندونيسي لا يمكن فصلهما، لأنهما مرتبطان ولكل خصائصه ومميزاته المتكاملتان. في جانب أن أهداف التربية الوطنية هي تنمية قدرات التلاميذ ليكونوا أناسا مؤمنين بالله ومتقين، ومتخلقين بأخلاق كريمة، أصحّاء جسميا ولهم علوم ويرجى أن يكونوا مواطنين أمناء وديمقراطيين. The Law on the National Education System No. 20 of 2003 confirms that education is a shared responsibility between the government, the community and the family. So the community must be involved in the implementation of education. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, the research concludes; that the role of the Deroduwur community in the one-roof educational institution Al-Asy'ariyyah, has at least four components: increasing student distribution, participating in creating a religious school environment, involvement in school committees, and promotion of schools through alumni forums. This finding reinforces the fact that society and schools cannot be separated, the synergy of the two has an impact on increasing the quality and quantity of education.
Pesantren hari ini dihadapkan pada pergolakan ideologi yang panjang, iatidak hanya mentransfer ilmu-ilmu keagamaan yang diajarkan olehseorang kiai kepada santrinya, tetapi juga pembentukan kesalehan pribadisantri melalui basis perkembangan dan ajaran tarekat yang dianut olehseorang pengasuh pondok pesantren. Oleh sebab itu, hubungan santri dankiai atau murid dan mursyid dalam pesantren menjadi genealogi keilmuanmaupun spiritual tersendiri bagi santri. Pengasuh pesantren biasanya jugatermasuk guru tarekat yang akan menjaga moral agama ada ikatanhubungan batin moralitas yang diikat oleh tradisi tarekat. Dengandemikian perkembangan tarekat yang ada di pesantren memilikihubungan yang erat antara pesantren yang satu dengan yang lainwalaupun kadang-kadang para pengasuhnya menganut aliran tarekat yangberbeda bahkan berafiliasi ke partai politik yang berbeda, tetapi merekapara pengasuh pesantren diikat oleh sebuah kelompok yang diwadahidengan Jam’iyyah Ahlith Tariqoh An Nahdliyah yang merupakan wadahresmi perkumpulan para tareqoh yang sah diakui oleh kalangan kaumpesantren.
The idea of the Indonesian Autonomy of maritime shows that Indonesia is not yet self-sufficient in the maritime sector. This simple statement is a major issue that must be resolved. Indonesia has ratified the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) through Act No. 17 of 1985, but there has been no significant progress to outperform the competition with countries in the world. The concept of Sea Gate International (SGI) to implement the development and improvement of both quantity and quality is the main port to adjust international standards should be a realistic and optimistic step in order to realize the independence of maritime in Indonesia. Foreign ships will be more and more anchored in Indonesia and will improve the optimization of human resource development, science and technology as well as product quality and service the maritime sector. Narrates deeper, the existence of Indonesia as SGI will be one important factor to improve the position of Indonesia in world geoeconomic and geopolitical map. Policy Planning seriously need to be realized in the long term development plan, making clear the direction and the benchmark every year running Abstrak Gagasan kemandirian kemaritiman Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia belum mandiri dalam sektor kelautan. Pernyataan sederhana ini merupakan persoalan besar yang harus segera dituntaskan. Indonesia telah meratifikasi United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 1985 namun belum ada kemajuan yang sangat signifikan untuk mampu memenangkan persaingan dengan negara-negara di dunia. Konsep Sea Gate International (SGI) dengan melaksanakan pengembangan dan peningkatan baik secara kuantitas dan utamanya adalah kualitas pelabuhan dengan menyesuaikan standar internasional harus menjadi satu langkah realistis dan optimis guna mewujudkan kemandirian kemaritiman di Indonesia. Kapal-kapal asing akan semakin banyak berlabuh di Indonesia dan akan meningkatkan optimalisasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta kualitas produk dan pelayanan sektor kelautan. Menukil lebih dalam, eksistensi Indonesia sebagai SGI akan menjadi salah satu faktor penting guna meningkatkan posisi Indonesia dalam peta geoekonomi dan geopolitik dunia. Perencanaan kebijakan secara sungguh-sungguh perlu diwujudkan dalam rencana pembangunan jangka panjang, sehingga jelas arah dan tolak ukurnya setiap tahun berjalan.
