AbstrakBanyak usaha yang telah dilakukan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah, seperti menerbitkan Peraturan Pemerintah RI Nomor 19 tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Institusi pendidikan juga tidak ketinggalan dengan mengadakan kegiatan ilmiah yang dapat mengembangkan potensi guru melalui seminar, pelatihan, workshop dan lainnya secara berkelanjutan sehingga guru menjadi profesional yang mempunyai kemampuan meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah yang pada akhirnya peningkatan mutu pendidikan akan terwujud dan menjadi kenyataan. Artikel ini membahas faktor-faktor peningkatan mutu pendidikan, unsur-unsur peningkatatan mutu pendidikan serta strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Kata kunci: mutu pendidikan.Pendidikan merupakan faktor utama dalam pembentukan pribadi manusia.
Baturiti District is an area with history of high landslides yearly. Steep topography and steep slopes are some causes of landslides in the area. Minimal information regarding the potential for landslides can result in many victims and large losses if the disaster occurs in Baturiti District, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province-Indonesia. This study is crucial because of the urgency of the two factors that trigger land degradation. There has been no research on landslides on agricultural land and their relationship with soil fertility. Identical soil fertility is in loose soil, while loose soil is relatively easy to experience soil movement and cause landslides. This simple statement needs to be scientifically proven implemented in this research. Such conditions become a novelty in this scientific article. The purpose of this study was to identify the potential for landslides, the impact on agricultural land, and its correlation to the fertility of agricultural land. The method used is a survey method, soil analysis in the laboratory, and scoring with several landslide parameters, namely land use, slope, rainfall, landform, and geological structure. Soil fertility status analysis refers to the Soil Research Center (PPT) 1995 with 5 important parameters determining soil fertility status: CEC, Base Saturation, C-Organic, P-Total, and K-Total. Spatial data parameters were analyzed using a Geographic Information System. The results showed that the highest landslide susceptibility area was horticultural agricultural land (2,369.11 ha), applied to steep to very steep slopes. Another cause is the landform factor of the volcano's upper slopes, which has a soil-forming fraction dominated by coarse materials and high rainfall. Baturiti sub-district has low, medium, and high soil fertility status. The correlation between the vulnerability to landslides and soil fertility by (R2= 0.526). Such conditions indicate that areas with high landslide susceptibility have low soil fertility status with moderate correlation.
Madrasah Diniyah emerged as a place for religious education for people who wanted a portion of their children's religious education. If this Diniyah Madrasah can be run according to its function and managed with good management, then the Diniyah Madrasah can be one solution to the problems of Religious Education in Indonesia. This study aims to reveal how the management of Madrasah Diniyah curriculum development is integrated into primary education institutions. This research includes qualitative research; data collection is done by collecting documents, conducting interviews, and observing at the research site. This study's data were analyzed using analytical techniques, including reduction, presentation of data, and concluding. The results of this study stated that the management of the integrated Madrasah Diniyah curriculum at SD Khazanah Sciences was carried out with a process including planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the founders as initiators of curriculum development ideas at the institution. After that, a curriculum development team was formed with specific tasks according to their respective responsibilities to start the curriculum development process based on philosophical, psychological, sociological, and juridical foundations.Keywords: Management Curriculum Development, Integrated Madrasah Diniyah, Basic Education Institutions. Abstrak Madrasah Diniyah muncul sebagai wadah pendidikan Agama bagi masyarakat yang menginginkan porsi pendidikan Agama yang lebih banyak bagi anak-anak mereka. Jika Madrasah Diniyah ini dapat dijalankan sesuai dengan fungsinya dan dikelola dengan manajemen yang baik, maka Madrasah Diniyah dapat menjadi salah satu solusi bagi permasalahan Pendidikan Agama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana bentuk manajemen pengembangan kurikulum Madrasah Diniyah yang terintegrasi pada lembaga pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan dokumen-dokumen, melakukan wawancara, dan juga melakukan observasi di tempat penelitian. Adapun data pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis yang meliputi reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa manajemen pengembangan kurikulum Madrasah Diniyah terintegrasi di SD Khazanah Ilmu dilaksanakan dengan proses meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi para pendiri sebagai inisiator ide pengembangan kurikulum di lembaga tersebut. Setelah itu, dibentuklah tim pengembang kurikulum dengan tugas-tugas khusus sesuai tanggung jawab masing-masing untuk memulai proses pengembangan kurikulum dengan berlandaskan pada landasan filosofis, psikologis, sosiologis, dan yuridis.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pengembangan Kurikulum, Madrasah Diniyah Terintegrasi, Lembaga Pendidikan Dasar.
Bangsa Indonesia adalah bangsa yang sejak dahulu dikenal sebagai bangsa yang sangat menjunjung tinggi adat ketimuran dengan moralitasnya yang santun, ramah dan beradab. Namun pada saat ini realitas bangsa Indonesia telah mengalami degradasi moral yang sangat memprihatinkan. Hal ini tampak jelas pada banyaknya kasus yang telah terjadi, seperti tawuran antar pelajar, pencurian, perampokan, pemerkosaan, seks bebas, miras, narkoba dan yang sedang trend saat ini menjamurnya korupsi hampir di semua institusi negara. Berbagai upaya cerdas sudah banyak dilakukan oleh kaum cerdik pandai baik melalui pendidikan formal maupun non formal untuk mencarikan solusinya, seperti seminar membangun karakter, training spiritual, manajemen qolbu dan lainnya, ternyata semuanya belum mampu merubah anak bangsa menjadi bermoral dan berkarakter, bahkan gerakan revolusi mental yang dicanangkan Presiden RI juga belum membuahkan hasil, bahkan kemerosotan moral semakin menggurita melanda bangsa Indonesia. Solusi cerdas yang ditawarkan penulis untuk membangun kembali moralitas anak bangsa adalah melalui pendidikan tasawwuf, yaitu pendidikan yang menekankan aspek pendalaman spiritual. Dalam analisis Penulis, pendidikan yang diterapkan di Indonesia selama ini masih menitik beratkan pada aspek lahiriyah (eksoteris) belum menyentuh aspek batiniyah (esoteris), dalam arti pendidikan yang hanya mengedepankan rasionalitas dan meninggalkan aspek spiritualitas. Oleh karena itu jika pendidikan di Indonesia ke depan mulai dari tingkat SD sampai PT memprioritaskan aspek esoteris, yaitu pendidikan modern yang berakar pada nilai-nilai spirit tasawuf, seperti tumbuhnya sikap jujur, sabar, tawakkal, qana'ah, amanah, disiplin, tanggung jawab dan lainnya, maka moralitas anak bangsa yang bermartabat akan terwujud dan menjadi kenyataan Kata kunci : membangun, moralitas, anak bangsa, tasawuf
Marine tourism is one of several economic drivers which contribute to local community livelihood and regional income. Many potential coastal areas are gradually developing and transformed by its’ local communities into local-scale tourisms which accommodate local or domestic or surrounding tourists’ recreational needs. However, to be sustainable, there are many issues need to be addressed. The study intends to explore Dalegan community perceived tourism issue in developing their WPP destination or white sand tourism. The study adopts qualitative method in gathering and analyzing the data. The data are gathered through Dalegan community dialog or interactive session during Dalegan community service program. The collected data are interpreted by implementing thematic analysis. The study reveals that there are three main issues faced by Dalegan local communities: financial, creativity and lack of legal procedures. The collaboration of financial service agents, educational institutions, (local) government bodies and local community inclusion is needed. The study demonstrates that to build Dalegan marine tourism, local/community leadership, local human quality improvement, local resources identification and local culture need to be used as the development grounds. The study also shows that the local community is still not aware of the environmental issues and diversification of recreational activities. Thus, local community still needs advocacy to understand the relationship between tourism and environment. The study also finds that local women are valuable human resource for marine tourism business. They are potential women entrepreneurs who develop small business around WPP marine tourism.
