This research aims to, determine the level of public knowledge about the earthquake, knowing community preparedness against earthquake and determine the action to save themselves in situations and conditions. This type of research this is a descriptive quantitative. The subjects were community Padang Panjang as many as 134 people. Data collected by observation, tests, questionnaire and documentation. Samples of respondents in this study were drawn proportionally random sampling with the amount of 2% of the entire sample area. The research results as follows: 1) In the review of the level of public knowledge about disaster can be considered quite good. 2) For community preparedness against earthquake categorized poorly prepared. 3) For self-rescue measures on the circumstances considered less ready. After summation of the average percentage of each indicator obtained that knowledge and community preparedness are confronted by the earthquake based knowledge is still categorized as less ready with a percentage of 55.05%, so it is still necessary knowledge and preparedness are better for society to achieve the level of preparedness full in the face disaster later
This research proposes a new model of overlap and helix blade shape. The overlap shape of the blades gives room to the air flow shortly after pounding the blades. Air flow direction is strived to be able to push the next blade so that the process of the turbine blade rotation becomes more effective. While the helix model is expected to produce a more efficient turbine rotation due to its multilevel shape. The wind speeds tested were 2 m / s, 4 m / s, and 6 m / s. Turbine speed rotation data retrieval is carried out at each additional time. The overlap blade has a greater angular velocity value of 9.4 rad / s at 2 m / s wind speed, 21.9 rad / s at 4 m / s wind speed, and 29.8 rad / s at 6 m / s wind speed.Turbines with multilevel helix blades have a higher level of stability compared to overlap blades. This is because there are two levels of turbine blades which have an angle difference of 600 which can receive more stable wind collisions. However, due to the smaller cross-sectional area of the helix blade turbine (ie 50% of the overlap blade) the effective impact area on the blade is also getting smaller. So that the energy that can be converted is also relatively smaller than the overlapping blade.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean (2) Menjelaskan pengaruh Motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean (3) Menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean (4) menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean (5) Menjelaskan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean (6) menjelaskan pengaruh tidak langsung antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja guru (7) Menjelaskan pengaruh tidak langsung antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 100 orang guru, sedangkan analisis data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan tekhnik analisis jalur (Path Analisys) dengan bantuan softwere spss. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean, (2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean, (3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean, (4) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean. (5) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja guru dengan kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean (6) Ada pengaruh tidak langsung antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja guru melalui Kepuasan kerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean.(7) Ada pengaruh tidak langsung antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja guru melalui Kepuasan kerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Pulau Bawean.
