The rapid flow of globalization should be absorbed and implemented in education, especially learning. The industry 4.0 era and millennial, 21st Century Education, and Sustainable Development Goals are intended for the purpose of learning and innovation skills. The researchers’ objective is to improve the quality of learning by applying the literacy movement, character values as a provision for life and career skills using the PBL method in the gasoline engine curriculum. Research method is classroom action research with the Elliot action model carried out in two cycles. A total of 34 students with ages ± 19-22 were used as research samples. The results obtained during the study showed an increase, namely: (a) the literacy movement was observed as successfully implemented with an increase of 19.1%; (b) inducing character values improves student behavior by 14.8%; and (c) strengthening competency in the gasoline motorbike curriculum by 11.3%. Problems in the engineering field that are packaged in PBL classes through student literacy and character movements are some forms of learning innovation that need to be applied to similar competencies.
Nowadays, the ICT is an important part of the 21st century and teacher learning and industry 4.0 challenges must involve technology in their teaching and learning. Previous research on the involvement of technology in the learning process is generally known as TPACK, Technology – Pedagogy – Content - Knowledge. However, the specific objectives of implementing vocational learning are specific to certain occupations. The purpose of this study is to analyse the teaching and learning needs of students in professional vocational education with the revised TPACK new model approach. The study of qualitative methods in the form of document analysis is used to construct a new theoretical conceptual framework. Important findings offered in the concepts of teaching and learning of vocational students were adopted based on work, content, technology, and learning approaches which were conceptualized as TAWOCK.The work as a new domain shows the characteristics of student teaching and learning while the learning approach has shifted from the level of engagement - Pedagogy to the level of cultivation - Andragogy. The study explains that vocational education with the TAWOCK concept is an ideal model for developing depth.

Cultivating entrepreneurial intentions in vocational education students is important in preparing graduates ready for entrepreneurship. However, efforts to foster entrepreneurial intentions are still a serious problem in vocational education. This study examines the structural model of the influence of entrepreneurial interest, technological competence, digital marketing, internship experience, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial personality on entrepreneurial intentions. Ex-post facto research with a structural approach involving 618 vocational education students in Indonesia. Data was collected through a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-4 distributed using Google Form media. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation model analysis with path analysis and bootstrap methods. The study results show that technological competence, digital marketing, and apprenticeship experiences significantly affect the growth of entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, self-efficacy and entrepreneurial personality also significantly succeeded in mediating the influence of technological competence, digital marketing, and internship experience on entrepreneurial intentions. Teachers as learning facilitators must foster an interest in entrepreneurship as the basic root of the spur to form aspects of competence and experience needed in the business world. This aspect must also be given and strengthened to form a personality in entrepreneurship and strengthen self-efficacy so that the estuary of entrepreneurial intentions inherent in students will be stronger. This research is limited to certain variables based on the current actual theory. Future research needs to examine more deeply the potential influence of other variables that are more effective in growing students' entrepreneurial intentions in vocational education.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui strategi tata tertib sekolah dalammeningkatkan pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Islam Al-Maarif Singosari; (2) Untuk mengetauhi implementasi tata tertib sekolah dalam menunjang pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Islam Al-Maarif Singosari; dan (3) Mengidentifkasi kendala yang di hadapi SMA Islam Al-Maarif Singosari dalam mengimplementasikan tata tertib sekolah dalam menunjang pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif. Sebagai sumber data dipilih kepala sekolah, tatib kesiswaan, serta peserta di SMAIslam Al-Maarif Singosari Malang. Waktu untuk penelitian ini dilakukan selama bulan maret sampai april 2017. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan didapatkan hasil bahwa: (1) starategi yang dilakukan sekolah untuk meningkatkan pembentukan karakter disiplin adalah Pembiasaan kegiatan yang membentuk karakter disiplin adapun pembiasannya meliputi disiplin waktu dan modelpotongan rambut, cara berpakaian; (2) Implementasi tata tertib sekolah dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Islam Al-Maarif Singosari SMA Islam AlMaarif Singosari telah menamkan pendidikan karakter disiplin melalui kegiatan keagamaan dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan karakter kedisplinan seperti semacam peraturan model potongan rambut, displin waktu, sholat dhuha, dan sholat dhuhur berjamaah.

The electrical topic is considered a difficult material because electricity is a substance that is not seen but can be felt. The objectives of this study were (1) to develop digital textbooks for basic electricity materials based on problem-based learning. (2) to analyze the feasibility of digital textbook products for basic electricity materials based on problem-based learning. This research is development research using the 4D model, namely define, design, develop, disseminate. This study involved language, material, and media experts in validating research products. The research subjects were students of technical engineering vocational education in one of the public universities in Indonesia who took Basic Electrical and Electronics courses, namely 25 students. The data collection technique used interviews, document analysis, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of the research, it is found that (1) the development of digital textbooks on basic electricity materials based on problem-based learning is carried out by referring to the 4D model development steps, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. (2) The appropriateness of digital textbooks according to the media expert's assessment of getting a mean score of 3.61 is declared very good, the material expert's assessment is 3.52, which is declared very good, and the user response gets an assessment of 3.51, which is declared very good. Theoretically, the developed digital textbooks are able to increase student interest and motivation to learn basic electrical materials in an easy way.
The qualified teacher is teacher who has the standards of educator that has capability of their materials according to the standard of the contents and carry out the learning process according to the standard of the process. Learning Implementation Plan (LIP) is the administration prepared teachers before carrying out the learning process. This research aims to know the quality of the LIP who made by teachers. This research is a descriptive qualitative. The data were collected through questionnaire, document’s noting, and interviews method. The research subjects are vocational teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Cilegon. The results of this research shows that (1) the completeness of the components 63.63; (2) conformity between components 85.7; (3) feasibility of competence 100; (4) feasibility of the indicators and the achievement of basic competencies 100; (5) feasibility of the learning objectives 80; (6) formulate learning objectives 75; (7) choosing and organizing the learning material 80; (8) feasibility of the learning activities 84.6; (9) selection of learning methods 100; (10) selection of media, tools and learning resources 85.71; and (11) the feasibility assessment 85.7, so that the average was 85.5 with good qualifications. The LIP is structured properly can increase the effectiveness of learning in the classroom and improve the quality of teaching and graduates are in accordance with the needs of the ASEAN Economic Community.
