This study used wordwall application as a learning medium based on educational games. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the wordwall application in increasing the mastery of Arabic vocabulary. This research used a quantitative approach with the research subjects of class VIII. The type of research is quantitative associative which aims to determine the effect or relationship between two or more variables. The data collection methods were interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The data analysis used a comparative analysis by comparing the pretest and posttest values (related sample t-test). This study revealed the following: (1) Media creation was done by logging into wordwall.net in order to be able to choose the desired shape according to certain needs. (2) There was a significant difference in terms of the pretest score which is smaller than the posttest score (45.63 < 77.50), (3) there was a difference in the average pretest and posttest outcomes with sig value of 0.000 (<0.05). (4) The percentage of N-Gain was 56.6%, which was categorized as quite effective. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the wordwall application was quite effective in increasing the mastery of Arabic vocabulary (Students mastered 25 vocabularies for each theme and according to government standards). Furthermore, the wordwall application could increase the fun, interest, enthusiasm and motivation of students in learning Arabic vocabulary.

The results of this study indicate the implications of the management of facilities and infrastructure on student learning motivation at the Arabic Language Laboratory of FAI-UMM. This is evidenced by the percentage shown that not all students choose strongly agree (SS) in the points disseminated through a questionnaire.

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in self-regulation of male and female students in SMP N 2 Padang which implemented a full day school system. This research is a comparative descriptive study with quantitative methods. The total sample of 278 students was selected using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used was the student self-regulation questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical techniques and t-test (t test) techniques with the help of SPSS For Windows 20.0. The results revealed that (1) self-regulation of male students is in the high category (2) self-regulation of female students is in the high category, and (3) there is no significant difference between self-regulation of male and female students, obtained F is 0.398 with a significant 0.529 which means greater than 0.05, the value of t used is Equal variances assumed. The value of t obtained is -1.103 with probabilities (sig) 0.271> 0.05 then H0 is accepted.
One of the things that often hinders success in learning Arabic is the emergence of demotivation. This study aims to analyze the form of demotivation and understand the factors that cause demotivation in learning Arabic for students of the Arabic Language Development Program (PPBA) at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. This research used a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The subjects in this study were ten PPBA students and lecturers at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. To collect data, the researchers observed students who were demotivated in learning Arabic, also asked the lecturers and program managers about this phenomenon, and saw the related documents. In addition, to analyze the data, the researcher used Miles and Huberman's interactive technique with the stages of reducing data that is less relevant to the research objectives, displaying it in the form of tables and narratives, then making conclusions. The researchers used source triangulation and member check techniques to test the validity of the data. The results indicated that there were types of demotivation that faced by students and there are factors that cause demotivation in students learning Arabic at PPBA. This research contributed in mapping the types of demotivation and its factors experienced by many students in learning Arabic.
