This study aims to determine the effect of Market Value Added, Economic Value Added, Earning Per Share and Operating Cash Flow on property stock returns on the Indonesian stock exchange. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population is 54 companies with a sample of 27 property companies for the 2017-2020 period. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the Eviews version 9. The results of this study are 1) Market Value Added does not significantly affect stock returns, 2) Economic Value Added does not significantly affect stock returns, 3) Earnings Per Share does not significantly affect stock returns, 4) Operating Cash Flow has a significant effect on stock returns, 5) Market Value Added, Economic Value Added, Earning Per Share and Operating Cash Flow simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns of property companies on the IDX in 2017 – 2020.
