Abstract
Small Sided Games are an alternative exercise for athletes to improve cognitive performance which functions as a matter of quick decision making during a match. This study aims to determine in reality the application of SSG exercises to the cognitive performance of adolescent futsal athletes. This research is a type of experimental research using a one class pretest-postest design. The number of samples of the study were 20 youth futsal athletes in Banyumas Regency. The research instrument used in this study was the WAIS IV digit span test. The analysis used was the normality test, homogeneity, and paired sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the research conducted showed that: there was a significant effect of small sided games training prizes on the cognitive performance of futsal athletes. It was shown that there would be a t-test of 0.017.
The purpose of this study was to empirically determine the provision of small-sided games 4vs2, 4vs3, and 4vs4 exercises on the basic skills of futsal athletes. This research is included in the experimental research. Participants of the study were 30 male teenage futsal athletes in Banyumas Regency. The data retrieval technique of this study used passing-controlling tests. The analysis used the normality test, homogeneity test, paired t-test test, and independent t-test with a significance level of 0.05. This study showed that the administration of SSG 4v2, 4v3, 4v4 exercises significantly influenced the fundamental skill improvement of futsal athletes. The largest increase was achieved by providing the SSG 4vs4 group with an average of ± 13.63. The results of the one-way Anova test showed that there were differences among 4vs2, 4vs3, and 4vs4 exercises. The increase might be because the SSG 4vs4 exercise suits the actual futsal game. Thus it encourages athletes to perform as many passing movements as possible. Therefore, SSG 4vs4 training is more effective in improving the basic skills of futsal athletes. It is crucial for practitioners because it allows the provision of exercises simultaneously so that training stimulus becomes more efficient.
This study aims to determine how well the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based on Physical Education at Banyumas Regency in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The population in this study were all physical education teachers in Banyumas Regency, totaling 29 teachers, who were taken using the total sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based Physical Education at Banyumas Regency in 2020 was in the "very poor" category of 0.00% (0 teachers), "less" of 51.72% (15 teachers), " enough "by 48.28% (14 teachers)," good "by 0.00% (0 teachers), and "Very good" by 0.00%. From these results, can be concluded that the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based Physical Education at Banyumas Regency in 2020 was less category. This is certainly an evaluation so that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum can be further improved so that learning objectives can be achieved properly.
The aim of the study is to identify the influence of providing mini game situation and full game session training methods at the level of youth players' futsal playing skills. This is experimental study with 30 youth futsal athletes of Banyumas Regency (Age= M 16.2 ± SD 0.761), divided into two experimental groups design. Futsal skill instruments are used to analyze the mastery of an athlete's technique as measured by the speed of time in completing a task. The variables analyzed relate to the main techniques in the game of futsal: passing, controlling, dribbling, and shooting. In this regard, the results showed that the value obtained from the mini game situation exercise is higher than the full game session and a significant difference is found in the results of both exercises (M ± 47.00; p = 0.012), while the value of the influence of full game session (M ± 49.00 ; p = 0.003). It is seen that more complex practice patterns will improve the player's skills progressively. Overall, these findings suggest that coaches need to take into account the effective use of exercise to support the improvement of futsal skills in adolescent athletes.
