nungszone und unten die Abkuhhngszone fur die Asche besitzt. I n der Ofenachse dreht sich eine durchgehende Hohlwelle, die standig rnit Luft gekuhlt wird. Sie tragt in jeder Etage zwei bis vier horizontale Krahlarme rnit Ruhrzahnen, welche das Verbrennungsgut auf den Ofenetagen jeweils von auBen nach innen oder von innen nach a d e n zu den Durchwurfoffnungen in die nachste untere Etage transportieren. Der Mull wird direkt in die 850 bis 900 "C heiBe Verbrennungszone eingegeben und dort sofort gezundet, ohne daB Schwelgase entstehen konnen. Der Klarschlamm wird, je nach Beschaffenheit unentwassert oder vorentwassert, auf die oberste Etage der Schlammtrockenzone aufgegeben und flieI3t im Gegenstrom zu den heil3en Rauchgasen aus der Verbrennungszone durch die nachfolgenden Schlammetagen. Dort bildet sich eine Wasserdampf-bzw. Temperatursperre zwischen der Mullverbrennungszone und dem Rauchgasabzug am Kopf des Ofens, die zur Temperaturfuhrung des Rauchgases genutzt wird. Die auf 300 "C abgekuhlten Rauchgase werden in einem Elektrofilter entstaubt. Die in der untersten Etage zugefuhrte Verbrennungsluft wird in den beiden Asche-Abkuhletagen auf ca. 500 "C vorgewarmt. Die Asche fallt aus der untersten Etage in einen Kratzbandforderer, wird angefeuchtet und in Transportmulden verladen. Neben Industriemull wird auch normaler Hausmull verarbeitet. Sperrgut aus dem Haushalt und der Industrie wird vorher in einer Prallmuhle zerkleinert. Altole, Olschlamme oder andere Abfallole werden in einem beheizten Tank gesammelt, durch Umwalzen homogenisiert und anschlieBend durch eine Dosierpumpe auf den Mull gepumpt.
Die Dichten wäßriger Mono‐ und Diäthanolamin‐Lösungen wurden über den ganzen Konzentrationsbereich gemessen. Die Messungen wurden für Temperaturen von 20 bis 150°C für Monoäthanolamin‐ und von 20 bis 200°C für Diäthanolamin‐Lösungen ausgeführt. Die Ergebnisse wurden durch Ausgleichsfunktionen dargestellt, wobei die größte relative Abweichung der Ausgleichsfunktion von den Meßwerten bei beiden wäßrigen Lösungen unter 0,1% liegt.
