El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la lectura e inclusive la distorsión que Jacques Derrida hizo de la teoría de los actos de habla para imprimirle una dimensión política. Se expondrán cuatro aspectos a partir de los cuales Derrida se distancia de la teoría austiniana que dan lugar a un abordaje político del performativo: la noción de fuerza, el origen de la convención, la noción de subjetividad y, por último, la manera en que Derrida aborda el performativo y lo político a partir de una noción de promesa entendida como acontecimiento, que excede toda convención o contrato y que se contrapone a las interpretaciones deontológicas de los actos de habla.

Me centraré, para ello, en cómo Hannah Arendt plantea la constitución del espacio público a partir del discurso en </span><span>La condición humana</span><span>, para después confrontarla con algunos textos de Frantz Fanon en los cuales plantea que el espacio público no es homogéneo sino uno compartimentado que genera performativamente exclusiones. </span></p></div></div></div>
El presente ensayo intenta hacer un análisis de las lecturas que Derrida hace de la poesía de Paul Celan a partir de la noción de idioma como la posibilidad del singular de marcar la lengua. Ahondaremos en la pulsión del idioma como Derrida la expone en El monolingüismo del otro haciendo una referencia a la firma que hace Celan en la lengua alemana, luego analizaremos la relación entre el idioma y el duelo como testimonio de las fechas en Schibboleth y Carneros y, por último, revisaremos las dos sesiones que Derrida dedica a la lectura de El Meridiano de Celan, en el seminario La bestia y el soberano, en los que Derrida ahondará en la contra-palabra [Gegenwort], como una contra-violencia al discurso soberano.
