Objetivos: Describir las posibles modificaciones que produce la rehabilitación con terapia acuática en pacientes con Esclerosis Múltiple en sus destrezas y habilidades motoras: fuerza y equilibrio; Analizar la repercusión de la terapia acuática sobre la fatiga en este tipo de pacientes.Método: Se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática cuyas bases de datos consultadas fueron: Cochrane plus, Pubmed y Ebsco Host entre otras. De un total de 252 referencias encontradas, fueron seleccionados 11 artículos para un análisis, evaluando su calidad metodológica con la escala Jadad. Resultados: De los 11 artículos encontrados cinco analizaron la variable fuerza y cuatro de ellos obtuvieron una mejorar significativa, seis evaluaron equilibrio, de los cuales cinco de ellos arrojaron una mejora significativa, y por último la fatiga fue estudiada en siete ensayos obteniendo una mejora significativa en cinco. Conclusiones: Los usuarios con EM tras realizar terapia acuática sufren modificaciones positivas en sus habilidades y destrezas motoras: fuerza y equilibrio, mejorando también en la variable fatiga.
