Patience is the main character, according to An-Nahlawi one of the requirements to be an educator is to have patience, but in fact, patience is still a separate note for educators because in reality there are still many cases of educators who cannot apply patience in educating their students. God has given examples of the patient through the stories of the prophets, one of which is the patient attitude of the Prophet Jacob which every educator must have. The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of the patience of the Prophet Jacob and its implications for PAI Educators. In this case, the author uses a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical processing and maudhu'i interpretation methods. Then the writer found that the Prophet Jacob had good patience with no complaints and was also accompanied by an attitude of trust. Thus the Prophet Jacob in dealing with his son showed a very patient attitude so that he could manage his emotions well and was still able to think well even though he was overwhelmed with severe disappointment. This attitude of Patience of the Prophet Jacob can be implied for PAI Educators, namely by applying uswah or exemplary attitudes in an educator and also improving good communication patterns between educators and students.
