The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of using Mobile Phone and Internet concerning to the students morality, great efforts of family (parents), teachers (school) and society to protect students from the bad effects of mobile phone use and ideal solution towards the students morality, particularly students at SMA N 3 Kota Kupang. This research used a qualitative description method. Data of this research were gathered from 10 students who usually used mobile phone at class, counseling teachers, citizenship teachers, members of school extracurricular organization, students’ parents, religious scholars and society figures by interview, observation, and documentation technique. The result of this research showed that using mobile phone and internet have positive and negative effects towards the students morality. The positive effects of mobile phone could be used effectively and efficiently as the tool of communication, particularly when communicating to others in a long distance. Further we could make online communication which allowed us to get any information on communication and information technology.
This research aims to identify the traditional games exist, factors influencing the existence of and describe the attendance at the traditional games in Maumere. This research took place in RT 23, Kelurahan Kota Baru, Kecamatan Alok Timur, Maumere. The subjects of this research were 5-6 years old children, their parents and some officials of RT 23. The data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the research. The results indicated that segong (hopscotch), inggo (hide and seek), ban (rolling wheel) and tali merdeka (jump rope) and several seasonal games still existed as children played the games every day. The presence of people who could teach children the traditional games, the no replacement of modern games, the safety aspects of the game from parents’ perspective and the strong family-tied social life contributed to the survival of traditional games. On the other hand, the decreasing availability of land to play contributed to the extinction of traditional games among children in Maumere.
Background: Women are the main actors in reducing infant mortality. Objective: To develop suitable models of woman's participation to support government policy reducing infant mortality in Kupang District. Methods: qualitative method was used and 14 informants and 3 triangulations were selected by purposive sampling technique, followed by snowball sampling. Intervewers consists of 5 midwives, 5 cadres, and 3 chiefs of the village. Findings: The degree of women's participations in this study were low. Forms of participations showed that one Timorese has been given birth at home. Most of the East Timorese informants late reported their pregnancy, gave the porridge sun for babies after 6 months. TIHERO model of woman participation has been created in this study. Recommendation: It is expected that Government to open childbirth education class and model of women participacion must be conduct in terms of reducing neonatal and infant mortality rate.

Analysis techniques, using generalized structured component analysis (GSCA). Sample data were 154 respondents as employees at the Kupang State Electricity Company, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia.This study aims to examine and explain the effect of employee motivation on involvement, commitment, and job satisfaction. Test and explain the influence of involvement on commitment, and job satisfation. Test and explain the influence of commitment to job satisfation.This study found that employee motivation has a significant positive effect on involvement, commitment, and job satisfaction. Involvement has a significant positive effect on commitment, and job satisfaction. Commitment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This study concluded that employee motivation can determine involvement, commitment, and job satisfaction. Company management and labor regulators can examine variables of employee motivation, involvement, commitment, and job satisfaction, to make policies for the development and utilization of human resources that can increase job satisfaction for workers in order to achieve organizational or corporate goals.
