At present, there is still a lot of room for development and improvement in the research methods and research results of the formation of college students' entrepreneurship teams. This paper analyzes some influencing factors of forming a compound college students' entrepreneurship team such as students' knowledge structure, team cooperation ability and interdisciplinary communication environment. This paper models the complex behavior of building a compound entrepreneurial team for college students, and uses netlogo for simulation research. The research found that the stronger the students' professional knowledge ability, the higher the team cooperation ability, and the more opportunities for interdisciplinary communication with other students, the higher the efficiency and quality of building a compound entrepreneurship team for college students.
Based on the investigation of the current situation in Chinese college students' entrepreneurship, this work analyzed and summarized some problems existing in the process of entrepreneurship in Chinese college students, and then put forward some possible countermeasures. Following the literature review, this work analyzed and studied entrepreneurship of Chinese college students, and summed up the problems existing in the process of entrepreneurship, such as ability, psychology, resources, etc. Based on students, colleges and the government, the corresponding countermeasures were proposed. This work identified problems from the perspective of college students and put forward possible countermeasures from the perspective of multi-agents. The problems found are realistic and the countermeasures are feasible.
As the key link of the college students' entrepreneurship, the formation of a team plays a vital role in the success or failure of the entrepreneurship. Compound college students' entrepreneurship team has strong comprehensive strength and can improve the success rate of entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is particularly important to analyze the influencing factors of its formation. In order to provide basis for college students and improve the rate of their success, this paper summarizes the four categories and 14 specific factors affecting the formation, establishes the hierarchical model structure of the factors by using the analytic hierarchy process, and ranks the importance of each factor.
