Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has been an emergency worldwide. Web-based physical education is a choice for college students to keep on their study. The aim of this study was to compare the data of physical fitness of college students before and after web-based physical education. Methods: All the students of 2018 and 2019 in Wuhan University of Technology who had taken the web-based physical education class in 2020 were included in this study. The records of annual physical fitness tests of all the subjects in 2019 and 2020 which were carried out in September were reviewed, including weight, height, body mass index (BMI), vital capacity (VC), 50-m dash, sit-and-reach, standing long jump, male-specific pull-ups and 1,000-m race, and female-specific sit-ups and 800-m race. Results: There were 24,112 male and 9,690 female records of physical fitness tests included in our study. The results of 11,219 male and 4,651 female students who completed both physical fitness tests in 2019 and 2020 were employed for Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Declined performance was observed on male 50-m dash by 0.1 s, male 1,000-m race by 14 s, and female 800-m race by 11 s. Notably, the percentage of male obesity, based on BMI, rose from 10.6 to 15.2% and 17.1 to 21.8% for male overweight; correspondingly, the percentage of male normal weight declined from 55.9 to 51.9% and 16.4 to 11.1% for male thinness. The trend of increasing BMI in males should be paid attention to. Improved results on vital capacity, sit-and-reach, standing long jump for both males and females, female 50-m dash, female sit-ups, and male pull-ups were observed in 2020. All the results of physical fitness tests were significantly different between 2019 and 2020 (p < 0.01) by Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Conclusions: The changes of physical fitness tests before and after web-based physical education suggested that the focus should be placed on improvement for running tests through appropriate alternatives, such as fast running in place and shuttle run. In addition, the simple, convenient, and practical sport that require available equipment and little field should be considered for web-based physical education.
After arthroscopic ligament reconstruction, athletes still need to go through a postoperative rehabilitation training period and suffer the possible pain that can go from moderate to severe. Commonly used analgesic medications, ropivacaine and fentanyl have the effect of relieving athletes’ pain. To study the analgesic effect of ropivacaine on arthroscopic reconstruction of the knee ligament, the steps of reconstruction and pharmacology of ropivacaine were first introduced. Next, the analgesic effects of ropivacaine and fentanyl in 86 athletes were compared on muscle strength recovery, patient satisfaction, and pain score. The results showed that the satisfaction of patients with ropivacaine was 95.35%, and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was only 9.30%. These results indicate that ropivacaine has a better analgesic effect in arthroscopic reconstruction of the knee ligament in athletes, which is suitable for postoperative rehabilitation.
Grape proanthocyanidin is a good health product, without side effects and excellent biological activity, but research in the field of sports tonic is still relatively slow. Currently, the technology of preparation and extraction of grape proanthocyanidins is relatively mature. This fact laid the groundwork for sports tonic proanthocyanidin research. This study first described the biological structure of proanthocyanidin in grapes, and built the immune system of volleyball players before and after taking proanthocyanidin sports supplements. He then analyzed the factors that influence immunity. The results show that the primary index subsystem is consistent with the total system in each phase, but there are still few differences over time, which can be divided into four phases: development, recession, recovery and stability; at the level of scientific training it is reasonable. Male and female athletes take exercise supplements containing proanthocyanidin at each level of training. Regarding humoral immunity and cellular immunity, there was no adverse reaction. This study may offer some reference value for other athletes before and after taking proanthocyanidin as a sports supplement.
To explore the influence of children's sports dance on the physical fitness and psychological behavior problems of children in different school period, this paper adopts literature research, teaching experiment, and mathematical statistics, to study the influence of introducing children's sports dance to the class on their physical fitness and psychological behavior problems. The research results show that children's sports dance practice can not only effectively promote the improvement of physical fitness of children in different school period, but also improve their psychological behavior problems, which is worth introduction and promotion in the kindergarten.
Taijiquan is a representative sport in my country’s traditional sports. It occupies an important position in China’s traditional sports. It has been rated as my country’s intangible cultural heritage. Widespread and promotion of Taijiquan can promote my country’s traditional culture. Using the unique advantages of Tai Chi and better development prospects, the method and path of VR technology are combined to create a new cultural atmosphere, and the active spread and promotion of Tai Chi culture are gradually carried out. VR technology is an augmented reality technology based on sensors and computers that can provide a strong visual experience. Playing the role of multimedia edge computing technology and combining VR technology with the advantages of Tai Chi itself are beneficial to change the traditional teaching methods and the spread of the Tai Chi movement. The purpose of this article is to solve some of the problems China faces in the promotion of Taijiquan and explore the role of VR technology in the spread and promotion of Taijiquan. This article uses methods such as searching literature, questionnaires, and experimental comparisons. The students in the 24-style Taijiquan elective course are the research objects, using VR technology as the teaching method of Taijiquan, scoring teaching efficiency, learning enthusiasm, students’ sensory effects, the attractiveness of Taijiquan, and statistics and analysis of relevant data. The research results show that the combination of VR technology and Taijiquan teaching can increase the visual and auditory effects of students in the learning process by 28.4%, the overall improvement of students’ learning enthusiasm by 25.3%, and the overall increase of learning efficiency by 34.8%, while greatly improving Taijiquan’s performance attractive. Therefore, it can be seen that the application of VR technology to Tai Chi is feasible.
