After the model of sterilization area was established, numerical simulate was completed with fluent software. Verified with certain conditions of hot air velocity, the laminar flow tunnel oven is able to meet the relevant requirements of GMP. Under different speeds of hot air, the tunnel oven vials’ relationship between temperature and time, combined with analysis of pressure distribution inside the oven. When the air speed range from 0.6m/s to 1.5m/s, the temperature of vials meet the requirements and the minimum effect of negative pressure to oven.
To establish a CFD model of far infrared tunnel, get numerical simulation dates of far infrared tunnel by using Fluent soft, compared with experimental dates. The results show that the numerical simulation can attend the temperature distribution inside the tunnel, Simulated and experimental temperature curve trend of the measured data.
In order to analyze impacting characteristics of a metro vehicle, the impacting governing Eq. is established, in which, nonlinear stiffness and damping of a buffer, friction force between rail and wheel of the vehicles is considered. In terms of testing results, nonlinear stiffness and damping of the buffers is simulated. By numerical simulation, it is found that when moving trainset impacts standing trainset, because the impacting force, stroke of buffers located in impacting interface is the maximum, the capacity of the buffers must be large enough to avoid rigid impact; when trainset with different number vehicles impacts each other, the maximum impacting force is not only different from each other, but the stroke and energy dissipation of the buffers is also different; the capacity of buffers far from impacting interface may be small.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
