Sveikatos priežiūros sektoriaus darbuotojai dirba nepaprastai įtemptomis sąlygomis. Viena didžiausių sveikatos priežiūros darbuotojų grupių yra slaugytojai. Slaugytojo darbo pobūdis – intensyvus darbas su pacientais. Dėl slaugos personalo trūkumo, didelės darbų apimties, didelės profesinės rizikos, pamaininio darbo specifikos šios sveikatos priežiūros grupės darbuotojai priskiriami padidintos darbinio streso ir profesinio perdegimo rizikos grupei. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti slaugytojų darbo vietos psichosocialinį klimatą Švedijos gydymo įstaigose. Tyrimo objektas ir metodai. Tyrime dalyvavo 205 bendrosios praktikos slaugytojai, dirbantys Švedijos gydymo įstaigose. Tiriamieji atrinkti pagal šiuos kriterijus: savanoriškai pasirašę sutikimą dalyvauti tyrime; turintys galiojančią bendrosios praktikos slaugytojo licenciją; tyrimo laikotarpiu dirbantys X Švedijos ligoninėse. Pasirinkta kiekybinio tyrimo strategija. Tyrimo duomenų rinkimui taikyta anketinė apklausa. Duomenų analizei naudota aprašomosios statistikos skaičiavimai ir statistinių duomenų apdorojimo programa „Microsoft Office Excel 2019“ programa. Rezultatai. Daugumos Švedijoje gydymo įstaigose dirbančių slaugytojų darbo vietos psichoemocinis klimatas yra palankus. Slaugytojai teigia, kad yra patenkinti pasirinkta profesija, darbo užmokestį vertina teigiamai. Streso lygis – žemas, nedirbami viršvalandžiai, o darbo aplinka ergonomiška. Nėra didelės baimės suklysti, gydymo įstaigose stengiamasi analizuoti medicininių klaidų priežastis, nepuolama bausti, įvykus netyčinei medicininei klaidai. Darbą ir asmeninį gyvenimą suderinti pavyksta. Pagrindinę psichosocialinę riziką, būdingą Švedijos gydymo įstaigose dirbantiems slaugytojams, kelia dideli darbo krūviai, spartus darbo tempas. Pokyčiai ir reformos darbe sukelia nesaugumo ar neužtikrintumo dėl ateities būseną. Slaugytojai, kurie susiduria su paciento mirtimi, ar sunkiai sergančiais pacientais, patiria emocinę įtampą ir nerimą.
