This study aims to improve logical intelligence through media kolak (collage numbers) based on local wisdom in early childhood in PAUD Mawar Al Barokah, Padang Serai Village, Kampung Melayu District, Bengkulu City. The procedure for carrying out this research was carried out using two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Each cycle also consists of two meetings, where each meeting has three assessments 1). Know the shape of objects, 2). Know the concept of numbers, and 3). Calculate the number of objects. The results showed an increase that the end of the second cycle was higher than the end of the first cycle in the category of Very Good Developing Children (BSB), namely at the stage of recognizing the shape of objects by 84%, knowing the concept of numbers by 64%, and at the stage of calculating the number of objects of 72 %. In addition, from the learning process it seems fun by using natural materials that are easily available, students become more active, enthusiastic, and creative. Thus, learning through media kolak (collage numbers) based on local wisdom can be used by teachers to improve logic intelligence in early childhood.
Pari yang diperdagangkan di Tempat Penampungan Ikan (TPI) Tarakan perlu diketahui jenisnya. Hal ini merupakan langkah awal agar jenis pari yang tergolong dilindungi atau populasinya telah berkurang di alam dapat dihindari untuk diperdagangkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengungkap spesies pari layang-layang yang diperdagangkan dari TPI Gunung Lingkas, Tarakan, Kalimantan Utara, dengan menggunakan metode pengidentifikasian secara molekuler (DNA barcoding) dan menentukan status konservasinya. Berdasarkan hasil BLAST, sampel teridentifikasi memiliki kemiripan 99,80% dengan spesies Aetoplatea zonura isolate GZON2. Hasil BOLD-IDS juga memberikan persentase kemiripan sebesar 99,8% dengan spesies Gymnura zonura (sinonim A. zonura). Nilai kemiripan >98% menjelaskan bahwa homologi sekuen berada pada tingkat spesies sehingga sampel yang diidentifikasi merupakan G. zonura. Hasil analisis filogenetik dengan menggunakan tiga metode analisis yaitu NJ, ML, dan ME menempatkan sampel ray-T2, G. zonura, dan G. cf zonura konsisten berada pada kelompok yang sama (monofiletik). Artinya, sampel ray-T2 berkerabat dekat dengan G. zonura. Status konservasi G. zonura terkategori vulnerable (vu) di laman IUCN yang berarti spesies ini sedang menghadapi risiko kepunahan di alam sedangkan status pada CITES masih dalam posisi belum terevaluasi.
This research is motivated by the undevelopment of rough motor of children, children have not been able to perform coordinated body movements to train flexibility, balance, and agility, have not been able to coordinate the movements of the eyes, feet, hands, head in mimicking, have not been able to do physical games with the rules. The purpose of this study is to find out if through traditional game of rope jumping can increase rough motor capacity in group B children in PAUD GEMILANG Bengkulu City. The method used is class action research. The conclusion of this study is that by using traditional game jump rope rough motor skills children can improve. The increase can be seen from the percentage increase after the implementation of actions in cycle I and cycle II. The implementation of the action in cycle I, the percentage of 75% (developed as expected), and the increase occurred significantly indicated in the second cycle with a percentage of 86% (developed very well).

Data collection techniques using observation methods and documentation. Data analysis is done in a qualitatively qualitative – quantitatively with its use to determine the improvement of processes expressed in a predicate, whereas quantitative data analysis is used to determine the increase in results by using a percentage Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kreativitas menggambar anak dengan menggunakan media finger painting kelompok B di PAUD GENTARALIA Desa Jambat Akar Kec. Semidang Alas Maras Kab. Seluma, untuk mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas menggambar anak kelompok B dengan penggunaan media finger painting di PAUD GENTARALIA Desa Jambat Akar Kec. Semidang Alas Maras Kab. Seluma. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang difokuskan pada situasi kelas, atau lazim dikenal dengan classroom action research prosedur yang digunakan berbentuk siklus (cycle). Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini adalah anak PAUD GENTARALIA Desa Jambat Akar Kec. Semidang Alas Maras Kab. Seluma kelompok B berjumlah 15 Orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif dengan penekananya digunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan proses yang dinyatakan dalam sebuah predikat, sedangkan analisis data kuantitatif digunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan hasil dengan menggunakan persentase.
The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of children's cognitive development through the media of cardboard number cards in PAUD CERIA, Pagar Agung Village, Seluma Barat District, Seluma Regency, to find out whether the use of used cardboard number card media can improve children's cognitive development in PAUD CERIA, Pagar Agung Village. Seluma Barat District, Seluma Regency. Classroom Action Research (CAR), which focuses on classroom situations, or commonly known as classroom action research, the procedure used is in the form of a cycle. The main subjects in this study were children of PAUD CERIA Desa Pagar Agung Kec. West Seluma Kab. Seluma group B numbered 16 people. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive qualitative-quantitative manner with the emphasis being used to determine the improvement in the process expressed in a predicate, while quantitative data analysis was used to determine the increase in yield using a percentage. The research concludes that the cognitive development of children through the media of card numbers from used cardboard in PAUD Ceria Pagar Agung Village, Seluma Barat District, Seluma Regency is well developed.
