Vivimos en un mundo globalizado e interconectado por las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación las cuales permiten una comunicación y transferencia de información de manera sincrónica, así como asincrónica. Partiendo de esta premisa, el objetivo del estudio es determinar la influencia del uso de WhatsApp en el logro del aprendizaje autónomo en estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza. En cuanto a la metodología, la investigación tiene carácter cuantitativo, de tipo experimental, con diseño pre experimental, considerando una muestra de 120 estudiantes universitarios. Para conocer el nivel de aprendizaje autónomo se aplicó un test con escala de Likert. Los resultados que se muestran en el pretest señalan que el 74.9% se encuentran en la dimensión autoaprendizaje, el 97.5% en autorregulación y el 80.8% en metacognición y en los resultados del postest muestran que el 93% se encuentran en la dimensión de autoaprendizaje, el 87.5% en autorregulación y el 87.5% en metacognición, ello refleja que el uso del WhatsApp tiene una influencia significativa en el aprendizaje autónomo. Se concluye que, existe una diferencia entre los resultados obtenidos del pretest y postest, aceptándose la hipótesis planteada, en este caso El uso del WhatsApp si contribuye en el aprendizaje autónomo de los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional Toribio de Mendoza, durante el año 2019.
Purpose: These actions had the sole objective of controlling the spread of the virus and avoiding further damage. The Covid-19 pandemic demanded immediate action from governments worldwide. Method: The research responds to a non-experimental design and quantitative approach. The questionnaires were applied to the capitals of the provinces of the Amazon region. This study was worked under the non-experimental design and a quantitative approach. Results and conclusion: The results allowed us to know that the citizens of the Amazon present 48.5% as ignorance of the functions of their authorities. So, it was possible to conclude that Amazonian citizens perceive the management of the Regional Government as disapproving, emphasizing that they have little participation in public management measures. Research implications: The Peruvian State oversaw distributing the economic resources to the regions so that they can safeguard their inhabitants. Originality/value: This study was carried out with the intention of knowing the perception of the Amazon citizen about the management of their regional government on this health crisis.
This research seeks to propose a comprehensive social development program that strengthens the agency-agency collaboration of the county of Miracosta in Peru, by 2020. The work is quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, active, and transparent in scope. The information was collected through a questionnaire with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.939, applied to a sample of 345 residents of Miracosta and 20 officials from the Health, Educational, and Social Sectors. The resultsobtained showed that in the municipality of Miracosta there is a very low level of inter-institutional cooperation, concluding that the proposed social development program with inclusion is an essential an instrument that will contribute to the improvement of cooperation between institutions, based on a framework both theoretical and, as methodological with coherence and consistency. Proposing axes of intervention that contribute to the welfare of the inhabitants of the province of Miracosta, possibly at the service of other provinces with many characteristics of the country's poor pockets.
