Along with the development and improvement of the structure of medical organizations, much attention is paid to the drug provision of the therapeutic and diagnostic process in them, which contributes to improving the quality of medical care. Our theoretical research is based on a practical analysis of empirical data of regulatory and legal acts and documents regulating the issues of drug provision of medical organizations in Russia and abroad. Structural and functional analysis by the authors was used in the study of abstract and full-text databases published in digital online resources with materials of drug provision for medical and diagnostic work; infographics and scientific articles. The study has revealed that a number of requirements for pharmaceutical activities of pharmacy organizations and modern requirements for drug provision for the implementation of therapeutic and diagnostic activities do not correspond to the dynamic development of drug provision for patients of medical organizations. We came to the conclusion that, in modern conditions of the development of medical care to the population, in general, there are enough regulatory legal acts and documents for the organization of the work of pharmacy organizations as structural divisions of medical organizations. But, if we take into account the diversity of medical organizations, their profile, the possibility of changing the structure of medical departments, directions of medical care, then this may require changing the nomenclature of ready-made and manufactured medicines in specific conditions. As the results of the study have shown, joint efforts of all stakeholders in pharmacy and healthcare, as well as regulators of pharmaceutical and medical activities are needed to develop standard organizational and methodological recommendations for medical organizations carrying out medical and diagnostic activities based on the best traditions of Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP). At the heart of this work, in our opinion, it is necessary to organize experimental studies using functional mathematical models of pharmacy activity in a number of therapeutic and preventive medical organizations to digitalize the organization of drug provision in them with expert evaluation of the results by specialists of all interested parties.
Life is the most valuable asset that a person has. Throughout the time allotted to him, he seeks the meaning of his existence, makes plans, strives to implement them, creates and creates. And the main task of a person is to preserve this life, because it is priceless. Scientists have long established a direct link between the quality of drinking water and life expectancy. The rapid growth of the planet's population in combination with increasing water consumption for household and industrial needs, agriculture leads to a global water crisis, which is manifested in a shortage of fresh water and its increasing pollution. In many countries, the question of providing the population with good quality drinking water is very acute, it has long been a subject of trade. The generally accepted scientific views on the role and importance of water for life and health, the main approaches to determining its quality in everyday human activities are revealed in this article.
Cassia fistula L. is a peculiar Fabaceae representative that has long been used in traditional medicine. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of Cassia fistula L. herbal extracts in the form of solutions of a certain concentration on the smooth muscles of the intestine. The design of the experiment involved the identification of raw materials, their drying, grinding, extraction of soluble fractions, purification of aqueous, ethereal (diethyl ether) and ethanol extracts and their testing on the tissues of the ileum of the domestic chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus L.) extracted ex vivo. It was shown that the ethereal, ethanol and aqueous extracts of Cassia fistula L. fruits showed a generally high relaxation activity in comparison with the control relaxation stimulants, leaf extracts showed a more modest relaxation activity, a similar situation was observed during testing of extracts of young shoots, and aqueous extracts showed more modest results, while the alcoholic and ethanol extracts of young shoots performed better than the corresponding leaf extracts, and the most modest results in terms of a dose sufficient for a physiological response were demonstrated by root extracts. The initial assessment of the activity of Cassia fistula L. extracts makes it possible to identify as the most promising for further chemical study the pools of substances concentrated in the ethanol extract of fruits, which exhibit the minimum effective dose, in the ether extracts of fruits and bark, which demonstrate the shortest reaction time, and in aqueous extracts of young shoots and cortex showing the highest percentage increase in activity in comparison with the control.
Water behavior is a series of simple and complex actions related to the use of water and depending on the knowledge of the norms and rules of behavior in the environment, on the ratio of motivational and emotional components in a person's life. Water behavior, participating in the formation of ecological culture, is an indicator and the most important tool for ensuring the environmental safety of the population and pharmaceutical production, which needs high quality water. It is noted that if drinking water is used in pharmaceutical production directly at individual stages or as a starting material, then regular checks of its quality at the production site are necessary. A certain optimism is brought by the measures that the leadership of Rospotrebnadzor of the Russian Federation has recently taken, aimed at improving the laboratory support of the service by equipping it with high-tech equipment to determine the safety and quality indicators of environmental elements, including water. One of the manifestations characteristic of most subjects of water behavior is the optimistic level of assessment of the state of drinking water supply sources and the quality of drinking water. The authors propose, when building the water behavior of a pharmaceutical production manager, to take into account a number of circumstances related to the chemical safety of drinking water: conducting an inventory and clarifying the list of chemicals that are in circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation and are potentially dangerous toxicants; creation of a federal database on the quality and safety of food products (water) produced and sold in the Russian Federation, including those containing priority chemical pollutants. The consideration of water behavior as an element of lifestyle allows, when modeling the water behavior of pharmaceutical production managers, to orient them towards taking measures to improve the chemical safety of the water factor by improving both water treatment and the laboratory control system.
The aim of the study was to investigate the factors that affect a person's subjective perception of food safety. Normative legal acts and documents regulating society as a whole and food products in particular were used during the study. It was proven that preserving and enhancing the specific sensory properties of a food product by changing its chemical composition using falsification methods, cheaper and less nutritious components, is a dangerous direction in the development of food technologies and the evolution of the food system. This approach can lead to a dissonance between the perception of the product as "tasty" and its nutritional value, which determines its health-preserving effect. The objective assessment of food safety is currently ensured (or should be ensured) by instrumental methods of quality control of food products, which are used in a system that includes both internal (production) control and external (state veterinary and state sanitary and epidemiological) supervision.
