(analítico) Los estudios evidencian que la identidad étnica es un factor protector para sociedades con relaciones interétnicas e interculturales desiguales. Sin embargo, los instrumentos para su medición presentan escasas validaciones psicométricas en contextos indígenas chilenos y latinoamericanos. El estudio evaluó las propiedades psicométricas de la Escala de Identidad Étnica en una muestra de 501 adolescentes indígenas mapuche con una edad promedio de 15.63 años. Los análisis factoriales exploratorios y confirmatorios evidenciaron una estructura factorial coincidente con la propuesta teórica de tres factores (exploración, resolución y afirmación), la cual explicó el 76 % de la varianza. El análisis de fiabilidad indicó un alfa ordinal de .90 para la escala total y el análisis correlacional demostró validez externa. Se concluyó que la escala presenta evidencia psicométrica para su uso en población adolescente mapuche.
Actualmente, la ciudadanía como concepto, se construye a la par de la expansión tecnológica y del internet, desde donde se han generado nuevas formas de interactuar y participar de los asuntos públicos. En este contexto, el concepto de Ciudadanía Digital surge para entender el comportamiento ciudadano en la esfera digital. El presente estudio, evalúa las propiedades psicométricas de la Escala de Ciudadanía Digital (ECD) (Choi et al., 2017), adaptada a su uso en México. La muestra estuvo conformada por 522 estudiantes universitarios/as entre 18 y 30 años, de los/as cuales el 64.5% fueron mujeres. Los métodos utilizados fueron análisis factoriales exploratorio y confirmatorio. Los resultados sugieren retener los 26 ítems en un modelo de 5 factores (χ2(289) = 998.71; CFI = .96; TLI = .97, RMSEA = .06, SRMR = .07) que explicó el 67% de la varianza y coincidió con la propuesta teórica, salvo por un cambio en relación a la pertenencia del ítem 6 al factor Acciones en Red. El análisis de fiabilidad indicó un alfa ordinal total de 0.92 y el análisis correlacional demostró evidencia de validez discriminante. Se concluyó que la ECD presenta adecuadas propiedades psicométricas para su uso en universitarios/as de México.
