O Ligamento Cruzado Anterior (LCA) é um importante estabilizador do joelho e auxilia na propriocepção e artrocinemática da articulação. A incidência da lesão do LCA é alta principalmente em indivíduos fisicamente ativos, público o qual tende a recorrer para o tratamento cirúrgico. A força é um dos fatores que são avaliados para o retorno ao esporte, no entanto, a fadiga muscular, que possui um papel nas lesões dos membros inferiores, é pouco abordada em indivíduos que realizaram a reconstrução do LCA. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar principalmente como fadiga muscular se comporta, em indivíduos após 6 meses de reabilitação da reconstrução o LCA, através do Dinamômetro Isocinético marca Biodex System 3 a 180°/s. Além da resistência muscular, dados de potência máxima, torque máximo e trabalho total também foram coletados. Observou-se após 6 meses de reconstrução que o grupo muscular extensor do joelho do membro lesionado apresentou menor índice de fadiga comparado ao grupo extensor do membro não lesionado. Com relação ao torque máximo, potência máxima e trabalho total o grupo muscular extensor do joelho acometido apresentou déficit maior que 10% em relação ao grupo muscular extensor do membro sadio. Quanto ao grupo muscular flexor do joelho não foi observada diferenças significativas entre os membros em nenhuma das análises. Sendo assim, sugere-se que sejam realizados mais estudos que utilizem a análise a 180°/s no Dinamômetro Isocinético, para um maior entendimento e análise dos dados, visando um retorno esportivo mais seguro.
