Un milliaire de Constantin Ier, récemment trouvé à Nyons, se date entre 307 et 308 ou 310. Ce type de milliaire, bien attesté dans le Sud-Est de la Gaule, devait appartenir à un réseau stratégique (ré) organisé par Constantin, dans lequel Nyons paraît avoir été une station au croisement de routes secondaires longeant la vallée du Rhône ou pénétrant dans les Préalpes. Une dédicace à Mercure confirme l’importance dès le Ier siècle du culte de ce dieu dans le pagus Aletanus vaisonnais. Une estampille de tegula provient d’une fabrique du même pagus. Un autel funéraire présente une structure et un essai de décoration qui peuvent surprendre concernant un coseruus.
L’arc en fer à cheval qui en surmonte le dé se rencontre chez les Voconces de Vaison à partir du IIe siècle et jusqu’assez tard. Un court fragment épigraphique donne un exemple d’écriture élégante.
